We three copuples stayed in this hotel for three days. The hotel is very good and comfortable. What is striking is that the staff is very considerate and helpful. I booked this hotel because other preferences were full since late December is well into the high season in Thailand. We were upgraded to a 4th floor (larger) room at check-in because, they said, we had booked for 11 nights -- but I suspect the upgrade resulted from my complaining to the online booking agency about having an added charge... more
