Excellent value for city-centre hotel. Facilities aren't great; small pool for example. Rooms can be dark and dingy with noise from air-con units. Location is great, near Sukhumvit shopping area, overhead and underground trains. I have been staying at The Honey for many years now.

I booked this room from Canada on a friends recommendation... It was quite reasonable, very basic , small space but very clean ! The staff were very accommodating as well.... After flying for 24 hours I was quite comfortable there.

Anyone who still likes to think of Thailand as being the Land of Smiles should probably avoid a stay at the Honey Hotel in Bangkok. The word smile seemed completely alien to most of the staff, not least those working in the coffeeshop/dining room whose sullen attitude was only matched by the miserableness of the breakfast offering which comprised a... Stayed at this hotel upon my arrival in Bangkok. This establishment was one of the only places that had rooms available at 1:00 am which I greatly appreciated taking a hot shower, and having a warm bed. My only complaint besides the noises from the other guests at the hotel were the small cockroaches in the room. I probably would... More

Stayed a night up the road for twice the money and just walked in here finding a clean place close to town, good ac and a pool out front for a quick dip. Close to restaurants and trains - very convenient. I had no trouble with staff whom I found extremely helpful and even upset (in a good way) when... More

I like the location as you can get to most places via the sky train and subway service. Nice cool lobby and pleasant pool. Reasonable breakfast. Desk service is ok but not exceptional. Good tour office in lobby area. Downside is no decent view from cheaper rooms and you look into the widows of the rooms in the next corridor... More

We (3 adults 1 child) stayed here for 1 night Nov 1-2 in a family room. I've stayed here 10 yrs ago as a couple and nothing much has changed. A good basic stop over, with plenty of tourist trap bars/restaurants within 2 city blocks, slightly off the beaten track and hence a good night's sleep. Also occupied by a... More

Probably it was a good hotel when it was originall built, but I felt it's not well maintained. The walls and carpets look dingy. The location is great - very close to BTS Asok station and lots of restaurants options nearby. Only one breakfast per room per night included. I wish they include 2 breakfast for 2 peole. I didn't... Three of us shared a basic room. It had three separate beds. It wasn't very spacious at all, but it was a very clean room in a very good location of Bangkok. All other hotels in this area are far more expensive (like 2 to 4 times more per night) and some are really raunchy. This hotel did not come... More
