We had 2 nights here. The check-in process was a complete shambles. It took an age to complete and all 3 staff were continually breaking off to either help their colleagues or answer the phone. Queues were lengthy as a result. No information was available anywhere, nothing in the room, so we had to ask about everything, from breakfast times,... More

Great stay with the family. Took a 2 bedroom apartment at Tower A. The apartment was a little dated, however still very comfortable for a family of 4. Comes with a kitchenette that is very handy, you can heat up food, prepare breakfast with much fuss. Apartment wise, the shower was a little weak, other than everything wise works just... More

Breakfast is embarrassing, far too crowded and empty service trays !!! Gym is well equipped but always crowded ,and you need to walo from toner b to a ...... More

I stayed here by the end of January until early February 2016 with my girlfriends. It was 7 of us. We stayed at 3bedroom apartment at Tower A. Nice apartment, complete kitchenette, fantastic gym equipment, big swimming pool, and wonderful staff. Nothing that I complain about apart from the pillows that quite hard. The rest really satisfied us. It's close... More

Stayed in Tower A 3 bedder unit just before Christmas last year. Apartment is not renovated but consider decent for the price. Breakfast buffet spread not too bad but still can be improved. Seems they have expanded to have a larger sitting capacity. Will stay there again when there's promo rate.

I visited this place with my friends and reserved deluxe apartment . The accommodation was very nice and tidy , very clean, main hall was huge, loved little kitchenette , which had all the essentials, Although we didn't use much, apart from coffee.. But this place was really worth spending.. Breakfast spread was decent enough..

We arrived late night on Boxing day and check-in was pretty quick. We had a lot of luggage as we were flying on to Australia 5 days later and the Bell Boys were excellent in assisting. The room didn't look as nice as the photo's but was spacious and clean - we were in Tower A, which could do with... More

We booked a suite for a family of four and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Most suites have only one so this was really helpful. It has a well furnished kitchenette including a washing machine so that's further helpful if you are in the mood for laundry! ;) The breakfast area was small and the buffet was not as... More

I stayed here whilst on business, the hotel wifi worked very well throughout my stay and I had no problems. I had a large room overlooking the pool. There was a balcony but I had to request from security to have the doors unlocked. It is not a balcony to spend time sitting on but it was good for drying... More

I was quite surprised after waking up in the hotel that didn't look so great at mid-night when I checked in, as I normally stay at the sister hotel in Sathorn the Park Suan Plhu. However, even though the tower I was booked into is not renovated yet the room is till good high on the 32nd floor. The shared... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
