The room was really solid (for the price). Me and three friends felt like we had a lot of space to operate but didn't need a kitchen or the semi-functioning laundry room. It took us two tries to get our clothes clean and three tries to get them dried. HOWEVER... The pool and restaurant, Aldo's, were worth every penny. We... More

I've probably stayed over a hundred nights here over dozens of work trips to Bangkok. Sad to see the property in a constant state of decline. Rooms: showing their age, worn out and stained carpets, curtains that don't black out, leaky bathroom plumbing, creaky wooden floor boards. Breakfast: biggest crib. Has gone from decent when it was served on the... More

I've stayed here twice with my family. We have three young children, and the two bedroom apartment was great. There is a separate living and kitchen area with most things you need for a short stay. The location is quite good - you can usually get a taxi easily and the Chong Nonsi BTS station is about five minutes away... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times and really like the facilities and the location. On this trip I had booked a Two Bedroom Executive Suite and I was sharing with a friend. We are both Ascot Online Online Advantage members. The room was confirmed a few weeks in advance and the check in time was clearly stated as... More

My first time to stay in a serviced apartment in Bangkok. I usually stay in the usual hotel but this time, because I had companions, we stayed at Ascott. The 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for a small family. Complete with kitchen, living and dining areas, it is a great place for a tourist to crash. It is very close to... More

My family and I stayed on the 17th of June for one night. As the hotel was full we were upgraded to a 3BR apartment. The staff were very helpful on check in although I could see they were very busy and stressed. We stayed here a couple of years ago and were happy to see nothing has changed. The... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom exec room from 14-17 June. The stay was fabulous. Would like to compliment the front desk staff Tony for his professionalism and helping us book the cab without a hassle. Breakfast was mediocre as the spread is pretty limited. However, staff De was very friendly in making sure we are comfortable. Will be back... More

We chose the Ascott based on the other TA reviews, and were sorely disappointed. The hotel staff was friendly, although we ran into many issues throughout our stay. There were a lot of little negative things that added up overall to an unsatisfactory experience. First and foremost, the hotel staff boasted minimal English competency, and struggled repeatedly to interact and... More

I recntly stayed here when I visited Bangkok in May 2015. It was a short stay and the service apartment I stayed in was very comfortable. It had a small open kitchen, living room, decent size bathroom and spacious bedroom. Did not use any of the amenities within the hotel as we were out most of the time. But the... More

A nice and spacious service apartment. The rooms are big with living area and kitchen with all the necessary utensils...even a microwave. The pillows and bed was very comfortable. And the gym.....is awesome...very complete... The concierge was also very helpful. The only drawback is that it's quite a distance to the nearest Bts station - Chong Nonsi....about 15 mins walk.
