When I opened my room door, I can't believe it! The room has a living room, a dinning room, a kitchen (includes laundry and dryer), and a separate bedroom. The hotel was good, the room, room service, location everything was very good. My Birthday was during my stay and I got a pleasant surprise when relationship manager came to my room with a birthday cake and a small memento. It had touched me very much. more

To escape work I checked into the Ascott for 2 weeks of relaxation in March. I am sorry 2Coast2 had a bad experience but I feel compelled to offer my comments. We enjoyed our stay at the Ascott. It's a home-like alternative to a hotel, but it lacks some of the personal attention we're accustomed to in Bangkok.
