Stayed at Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport on the 7th and 8th of June 2009 on the way to Phuket. Avoid this pplace - although it is new and very flashy, the service is woeful. We specifically booked and re-confirmed 2 non-smoking rooms for a very late arrival and early departure.
