I booked the wrong hotel. Staff were helpful and got me a room upgrade as the standard room was tired and unacceptable. Overall we were happy with what we got for the price. 1 block over from Nana Plaza but close to BTS for shopping and sight seeing.

Truly outstanding value for money here. The Suite we stayed was exemplary and though slightly old was maintained well and highly comfortable. Breakfast was a large spread and tasty. I have stayed here several times and always found it to be of a high quality in service, cleanliness and position to everything. The resturant has good food and excellent service. Everything for the tourist and visitor to Bangkok is close at hand and only a short ride to pantip Plaza, Pratunam markets and several bars, fot that cool drink.

Very friendly staff and good service. I had two stays in April and both were very comfortable.. during my second stay I was up-graded to a Platinum suite and it was a memorable stay..... I would certainly be back @ Grand Sukhumvit again..

This hotel is very luxury hotel everything is knit and clean. Service is more than perfect. everything I need is done at time and with a big smile. food and beverage are excellent. food have a lot of varieties. Simply awesome hotel
