average..the room was not bad though a little small. could manage to get good sleep cos of air con. but it needs to be cleaned regularly. the toiletries were insufficient. the soaps, shampoos were like super small (previously used)dwarf sized or almost nowhere to be seen. toilet floor could be better ,all the soapy dirty water gets clogged leaving floor... more

We stayed in Pratunam City Inn last month. We won't recommend this hotel because: 1. The rooms were very small 2. The rooms were not so clean 3. My wife and I stayed here one night after returning from Krabi. The neighborhood was exciting, more of a "real Bangkok" feel then our stay on Khao San Rd. Had this hotel booked for me through a travel agent in Singapore. Breakfast is reasonable and lobby is clean. Front desk staff is helpful. Pretty close to main tourist area, but far enough from it to enjoy the real Bangkok. Price is very reasonable. Not sure if I would stay here again, but I have no regrets about my visit.... more
