Its a small cheap budget hotel. you get what you pay for. you can't expect much for $30, clean air conditioned rooms but basic. you get a mini fridge, in room safe and free Wifi. internet is a bit weak but ok. toilet is clean with hot water.

Good massage @ next door massage shop, also serve good and cheap Thai foods (Without sign-board). Cross over the main road a famous Thai Chicken Rice. The first room we got, bed was infested by bed bugs!!! Asked for a change of room, was welcomed by crawling cockcoaches. Asked for another room, the room had ants. Stayed for 1 night and changed to another hotel as it was the last twin room available. Stay at your own risk~~
