I have been staying at the Swisshotel Nai Lert Park for over 15 years. Well before it was taken over by the Swisshotel group. There is simply no better Hotel in Bangkok and I have visited most of them. This hotel is only 5 stories tall. It makes moving around & going up & down from your room a sinch.... More

Firstly, this hotel has a lot going for it. The location is great - very convenient to the sky train and shopping centres but off the main streets. The decor of the public areas is very nice, as is the pool. Two big problems ruined our stay however! 1. I had booked the hotel because it had been described on... More

Dear Dublin2, We were most distressed to hear of your unfortunate experiences at our hotel, and we can only thank you for telling us about it (via the Tripadvisor website) so that we can do everything we can to avoid such things happening to our guests in future. Firstly, as far as the room is concerned, you should never have... More

This is a great hotel, nice pool scene, excellent lobby! They have several choices of rooms and we stayed in the non-remodeled part. It was still completely fine, just older decorations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's close to everything! We booked on a travel website rather than through the hotel directly and saved quite a bit... More

From check-in th check-out this place was amazing! Great service with a smile, every door was opened for us, always a "hello, how are you" or a "SawasdeeKa" and not to mention the location is great - in the middle of the city yet hidden by a peaceful garden. The food is perfect offering all from great Thai to luxurious... More

I stayed there for 2 nights in September. The room furnishing was slightly tired, and were certainly M-U-C-H less attractive than the photographs on the hotel website. The location is about a 10 minutes walk from a Skytrain (BTS) station. However, recall that this is Bangkok, so this is a 10 minutes of walk in hot humid weather. I can't... More

A last minute change of plans meant that I was going to be in Bangkok for 3 nights and in need of a hotel that was not in the middle of a concrete jungle. The Nai Lert hotel fit the bill perfectly. The pool is an oasis with trees and enough chairs for everyone to relax and enjoy. All taxi... More

Arrived late evening after 30 hrs of traveling from Canada and stayed 2 nts Mid-Sep. Bellhop was waiting to greet taxi and take my luggage and front desk staff were friendly, helpful and quick. Upon arriving in my room, I suddenly felt at home. Room was spacious, clean, nicely designed and with all of the necessary amenities including internet. Bathroom... More

This is a great hotel, especially considering the very reasonable prices available online. It's not the ultimate 5 star experience--stay at the Oriental or the Peninsula if you want that. But it has something very special for this part of Bangkok: a huge garden that serves as an incredible oasis in the middle of a modern city. The other great... More

We stayed at this hotel for the first leg of our month trip, we wanted to chill out after the flight from London. We couldn't have picked a better place to relax. The food was out of this world, it had about 4 deferent restaurants, Chinese, Italian, world selection etc. The breakfast buffet was like nothing I've seen! The room... More
