Staff were friendly Hotel is not boutique in ours eyes. More B&B. It was tired, run down, noisy and a disappointment. There are global brand hotels around the corner which are cleaner, quieter and more comfortable. Good part of town to stay in but not hotel I would choose again. More

The luxx hotel was fine, nothing special really, not sure how it got its Mr and Mrs Smith status? The bed was hugh and very comfy, but view from the window was a brick wall 2 foot away which made it feel slightly claustraphobic. Staff were friendly and helpful but the place lacked atmostphere. Very pleasant stay. Good sized rooms. Great deal on price. Very clean and well kept. Good location particularly for shopping and the river! Very helpful and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for mid-range budget looking for a bit of luxury without the pretence of a large hotel. More
