Each room in Reflections is decorated by a different artist - so you can choose between graffiti, warm yellow, angular, kitsch... our favourite was, somewhat surprisingly, the rice room! The hotel itself is also decorated with cheerful cartoon-kitsch. The location in the northern part of town was easy to reach by skytrain, and close to the very enjoyable Chatuchak (?)... More

Great concept to have each room design by an artist, so funny and original you can choose your concept, choose your room according to your style and wishs; The all world should be more funny like this !!!

Very freindly from the moment we arrived. The room was so large in the deluxe so we asked for a superior the next night and stayed another 2. Very cosy, felt like home. The placs is so unique would of loved to see in all the rooms, someone has put a lot of time into this place. The superior rooms... More

we chose Pradipat because it was near by the MoChit North bus Terminal, since we were taking a 5AM bus to the Cambodian border. When we told out taxi driver we wanted to go there he started laughing, and tried to recommend other places, but we thought it was one of those scams you hear about and insisted on going... More

Every room was uniquely designed. We stayed there twice and loved it both times. We requested specific room designs and were accommodated both times. The staff was quick to see to our needs. We immediately received a cold glass of water every time we returned from our outings. Nothing like cold water to revitalize from the Thai humidity!

Aside from the design of the rooms which remains the selling point of the hotel, the service from the staff here was what made an impression on me. Free tuk-tuk service to Chatujak market, a mere ten minutes away, was provided. And the staff always had a smile on their face no matter how mundane our requests were. We didn't... More

Very cute little hotel in the area call Pradipat. i've stayed in two different rooms for two nites which cost 1500baht/nite. Pradipat is about 20 minutes drive from MBK. 35-45 minutes from airport. At first I wasn't too sure if this was the same place or not when I saw their website, because they have now changed their name to "Mystic Place". I was here a year ago and the whole place has changed a lot. If you were here before and thought the old place was good, wait till you see it... More

Staying in Ari

Neighborhood Profile
Ari
Home to at least a dozen hip coffee shops, sophisticated boutiques and some seriously fine restaurants, Ari is the newest epicentre of Bangkok cool. Fleeing from the skyrocketing rents in Thonglor and Ekamai, many young urbanites made Ari their new home. This mostly residential neighbourhood outside the city centre isn't much of a trendy area on first sight, but if you scratch the surface of government buildings and noodle shops, you'll find out that there's loads of hidden gems waiting to be discovered. Bring a local friend or do your research on beforehand to avoid missing out on all the fun.
