Stay for 2 nights in this service apartment hotel. Front desk receptionists are pretty but not so good temper. Room... 1st entry... bad smell. Don't know where the smell come from but confirm it's from the kitchen. However, can't find anything that causes the smell. Shock to see cockroach in the fridge. Hope that the management can look into it... More

It's hard to get a two (let alone three) bedroom apartment in this part of town at a reasonable price and Urbana is a good option for those who need the space and don't want to pay $US200 plus. The apartments are spacious and generally fine. But for sure don't look too close at anything. Lots of wear and tear... More

I lost my US passport in the hotel room. I err more on the side that it was stolen rather than misplaced. I carried a photocopy of my passport in my purse so the original never left the hotel. I did not put it in the safe (my mistake) but left it inside my suitcase. Still, why should anyone steal... More

This is the second time I stayed here. Good: 1. Studio room is big enough even for 2 person. 2. Provide luggage storing after checked out without additional charge and no time limitation. 3. Attend to my complain immediately although the solution seem funny to me but at least issue resolve. Bad: 1. Can't check me in earlier, fine, but... More

My family of 6 stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 29th floor. When we first arrived, we were pleased with the decor and ambience of the apartment. On the downside, we found that we were given only one hairdryer, 2 bathrobes and no sponge with which to wash the dishes! But a call to housekeeping quickly rectified that.... More

The room is huge and it has a good section for kitchen, bedroom and living room. The terrace is a plus that you can enjoy the BKK view if you got a room at high floor. This is an apartment service which I don't expect a good service like 5 stars hotel. The swimming pool and fitness have a stunning... More

I was very excited for my visit to Bangkok and staying at Urbana because the photos looked so nice and inviting! Upon entering the hotel lobby, everything was great! Nice contemporary design. Yes, the check-in took a while but the staffers are very friendly. When we finally got into our room - we had a 2-bedroom suite for a family... More

We thought we had booked a five star accomondation and it really didn't take more than a minute after stepping out of the taxi to tell this hotel has absolutely nothing to do with five stars what so ever as the door was not opened to us and luggage not taken care of immediately. Front staff let us sit in... More

We had 2 apartments (one 2 bedroom and one 3 bedroom) and both were extremely spacious. Modern and functional but lacked decoration and kitchen was not very clean. Service was excellent and unobtrusive and the lobby was always staffed with bellmen manning the doors adding to the feeling of security. Breakfast in the cafe provided a decent spread of cooked... We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment. The kitchen, hall & dining room are spacious. Very impressive. Rooms are not very big but convenient with toilets at each rooms and 2 balconies which can easily fit 6 of us per balcony. Only hindsight is when we call for someone to clean the room, it takes very long. The 2nd day, no... More
