It's cheap so expect what you pay for... No bother for me as has hot water, aircon and bed sheets etc - The building is tired but £15 including breakfast is pretty good value - remember it's not the Ritz though! (great location for Khao San and the Grand Place, etc)..

Stayed one night before heading over to Cambodia. Booked a queen superior room. This wasn't available on our arrival at midnight. We were given a tiny closet (literally) of a room with a pillar in the middle of it and 2 single beds. It was clean, just not what my hubby and I had booked and it had a view... More

not the greatest hotel in area and also not the cheapest, now I know I would choose another hotel which is nicer and cheaper, been to bangkok inn, same franchise, staff were a lot nicer there but I got better room, decent size and double bed for myself in khaosan inn for the same price, thanks to thomas cook booking... I choose this hotel just because I'd like to have an experience staying around Khaosan. The Hotel look old and not well maintained. I've got a room with big window though, as my expectation and a smoking room. The benefit staying here only nearby Khaosan and Rambuttri district and near Grand Palace and Wat Pho.

It's a cheap backpacker hostel on the Khao san road, so it isn't a luxurious place to stay. However the rooms were fairly clean and there was always hot water, which is a plus. The fridge and telly worked and the free breakfast around the corner was fine if you don't mind eating like a thai person! Noodles and rice... More

I stayed here for 3 nights, this came included in my flight package! My room was 4 floors up (8flights) and no help was offered with bags! The sheets were dirty and there was blood on the bathroom wall! When I asked for clean sheets and a clean down of the bathroom I was grunted at then ignored! Breakfast had... More

Obviously, the main reason for staying here is if people want to be close to Khao San Road (goodness knows why!). Other than that, like everywhere in this district, your a long way away from the good shops, good restaurants and train stations to take you into town to explore the city. If this is going to be your only... More

This review is only for the 900 baht superior room with king size bed, if you pay two days in advance they will give it to you for 800 baht. Most of the rooms around khaosan are too small. This room is large enough to feel comfortable, plus you can bring guests without the front desk harassing you. The wifi... More

First off if I could rate this place lower than 1 star I would!! While visiting Bangkok, we traveled in many different neighborhoods always booking via booking.com. After seeing the photos and location of this hotel we decided to go ahead and reserve. We mistakenly prepaid upon arrival for two nights stay. The room was dirty - was incredibly small... More
