Recommended. I consider value, whether I'm looking at budget, chic, or swanky, accommodations. The Pinnacle Sukhumvit is a budget hotel that feels like a really nice hostel private room with an en suite bathroom. It's a 3-star hotel that gets 4 from me because of value and location. Price Since price is a big factor while doing extended travel, this... More

Excellent location for food lovers---for a very reasonable price---booked it through Expedia for 1100 baht . The only disadvantage is the staff as there are only few who speak or understand English or otherwise a perfect location to catch any transport i.e taxi,tuk-tuk or train all few minutes walking distance.

Awful. Booked on same day I arrived, the room was awful. I asked for another room, which turned out to be even worse. Stank of stake cigarette smoke, dirty linen, generally dilapidated state. I'd stayed there before and room was acceptable, but it seems that the quality of the rooms is hugely variable. Their idea of a superior room, is... More

This hotel is terrible. The room is filthy, air conditioning so loud you cannot sleep, feels unsafe. Staff here rip you off. Avoid. Looking forward to leaving in the morning. Lots of other budget hotels in Bangkok, almost certainly better than this one.

Stayed here for 2 nights and extended for a 3rd. Excellent location along the Sukhumvit road on Soi 3/1. Close to Nana Plaza and the Nana Sky Train station making almost everywhere in Bangkok really easy to get to. Rooms were very basic but clean and tidy and with TV, air con and wifi in all the rooms. Staff were... More

Not a good place to stay in. In a small ally the taxi driver had to call 3 times to find it. The room is dark ,very small. Hardly can get between the wall and the bed when you want to go to bed. 1 power outlet for everything in the room. I do travel a lot, never been to... More

Location is excellent. There are many different kind of restaurants, money exchange, bars, pubs, travel agency, market, within Half a mile of the Hotel. Rooms are clean, free wi-fi, satellite TV , the staff speaks decent English, size of room and bathroom (with bathtub) is quite good. There is no safe in the room but they provide you a safe... More

Cheap, near the train station, step outside and there is a lot of places to eat. Mainly Middle Eastern. Can't complain much for the price I've paid. But I've had better hotels around the same price. I'd recommend to search other hotels. Not booking this hotel after my stay.

Dodgy shower head, bathroom tap so strong it almost soaked my shirt, leaky toilet cistern, ancient aircon so loud I couldn't sleep, room size quite small, kettle but no coffee or tea, no safe in room however I was able to store my things at reception without issue. Be advised!

Near Nana station, so easy to get BTW. Nearby safe and the exchange rate nearby is very good. Easy for traveler to visit Bangkok if you need a budget hotel. Hotel is clean and with solo bathroom. I may stay here again if travel alone.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
