Went to Bangkok first time for 4 nights. Chose this hotel out of a Lonely Planet recommendation. Stayed on the 8th floor in one of the Suites. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in calling good taxi's, pointing you in the right direction (take the river for 15BHT instead of a 100-200BHT taxi in traffic), and even helping... We have stayed here before- a lovely friendly hotel with traditional Thai furnishings and decor. It has a central location right by the Skytrain. This time we were only passing through Bangkok for a night. They kindly upgraded us to a quiet corner room on the 8th (executive) floor with a big king sized bed. The room was somewhat compact... This hotel was ok, but not great. The room was cutely decorated in what is I guess "authentic Thai" style and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, when we went to our room, supposedly on a non-smoking floor, the entire hallway smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke which also carried somewhat into our room. I am not a smoker... More

I really loved this hotel. Extremely friendly staff, warm and welcoming. I accidentally left my jewellery on the bedside table and came back and found it even after the room was cleaned. Room was cleaned every day and the location was perfect for our needs. Looking forward to staying here again. Which will much sooner than expected

A smaller, boutique hotel, may be a bit more expensive than others in the area, I'm not sure, I have stayed here several times, and love its style and location. Short walk to the skytrain station Saladaeng, Patpong and nightlife just down the street, certainly no shortage of things to do and see. Helpful and friendly staff, breakfast offering is... More

I spent 6 nights at Siam Heritage 12-18 October. It met the price range I wanted and was close to my friend staying across the road at Le Meridian. I booked the room for 2 people as my Thai boyfriend was going to stay with me. The room was basic, clean, quiet and comfortable. The roof top pool was a... More

Our room was neat, spacious for 2 adults, and the facillities were working well. Very accomodating and helpful staff. Location is great for commuting- close to the sky train station and very accessible to other modes of transportation. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and will surely stay here again on my next visit.

I think this hotel has seen better days and it is in an urgent need of a major overhaul. It does not justify the price which it is charging. But one point to note is that the staff were generally very friendly. I had stayed there from 10 to 15 Oct. The location is good as it is about 400... More

The rooms look exactly like the pictures it's really good looking. The breakfast is amazing, there are so many things to choose from and you can get freshly made eggs, just as you like it. :) The staff are so friendly here, no matter what time a day you arrive. They are very helpful but when they help you getting... More

The Siam Heritage is the best deal in Bangkok. The service is 5 star service. Surawong Road has bars, restaurants, coffee shops and is close to everything you need. It is a 5 minute walk to BTS. The food is great, the rooms are charming and the pool is excellent. The pool is small, but it is lined with Plumeria... More
