For the price I suppose i can't complain at 1100 baht a night. However i've had better budget hotels in bangkok with the same price. Cons - the lobby is infested with mosquitoes. I found a few in my room too! - wifi is NOT FREE whether you're in the lobby or in the room - the only restaurant in... More

i stayed at the palazzo as it was the official hotel of the event that i attended. my first impression of the hotel was like any other that i could think of when it comes to mid-ranged hotels in downtown bangkok; seedy, dark, smelly & lacks basic amenities. so imagine my surprise when i entered my room! for starters, the... Happened to stay at this hotel. Travelled for work purpose. Hotel rooms and cleanliness is average. Advantage is affinity to few malls. Attended conference hosted in the same hotel. Food was ok. Found reception staff a bit non receptive. another advantage is the super market store and a thai massage centre just opposite to the hotel.Overall neutral experience.

I've stayed at this hotel 4 times including this last weekend. In reality, this is a great small little hidden place with reasonable rates. 1600 Baht a night. Great access to subway and also other Thai massage facilities like the Lemongrass however this time, the rooms are in need of upgrades. I had a room with live cockroach running underneath... More

a favorite amongst Malaysian golfers as you don't have to go to the city to enjoy what BKK has to offer. was given a room in the vip wing. very spacious but bare room. breakfast was no big deal and the staff in the restaurant are not very reflective of the Land of Smiles. 24 hrs room massage is provided.... I booked a room a the Palazzo because it was close to one of Bangkok's much talked about Dental Clinics. People from many parts of the world stay here because it is easy walking distance to inexpensive dental work that can be performed in Thailand. The hotel itself was average with regard to comfort and atmosphere. The room was decent... More

Stayed 1 night after our Hua Hin Golf tour.
