This is a small budget hotel in Rachada district. For what you pay it's value for money. Clean rooms with the basic amenities made available. Location is good with restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. However, if you travelling with family may not be ideal with some adult joints around. There is two 7eleven, one opposite and the other down... More

ok budget hotel. specially would remind not to go to the small massage bar called "health" something opposite the hotel with women in green polo t shirts. 1,dirty. the girl massages me while put fingers in nose and continue to touch me. nasty. 2, really hurts sometimes. not professional. 3,most unacceptable is that they are liars!! make you believe two... I've been staying in this hotel for most of my trips to Bangkok. It offers good value with clean room. And the best part is that a 7eleven is just right opposite the entrance of the hotel. I was staying in the 'old wing' and much to my surprise, they have renovated all the rooms there. My room looks great... More

The room is nice and the housekeeping helpful. However, only basic toiletries are provided which does not include toothbrushes and comb. However, a 7-11 store opposite the hotel has everything we need. The walls are a bit thin as we could hear the tenants in the next room talking and laughing. There are plenty of TV channels available and a... More

I will rate this hotel as 'not value for money'.We paid INR 2800/- per night i.e. THB 1400 but I think we could get better value hotels for as less as THB 1000 and that too in Sukhumvit area.Even breakfast was charged at THB 150.The only thing complimentary was 1 ltr of drinking water. The good thing is that it is... Reasonably price hotel is the Ratchada area, Bangkok. Doorman and receptionist was friendly to the Thai standard. Rooms are spacious a couple. Bed was nice to sleep in. Bathroom are fine except for a unusually small toilet bowl. Rooms come with writing table, coffee table with two chairs, Cable TV and DVD player with a limited titles. Mini-bars are available... Considering the reasonable hotel charges I can not make complains. However, thought to leave some comments about the hotel so that it would make a future hotel guest's stay much better than mine. 1. The lobby smells really bad. it was difficult to stay in the lobby. 2. The front desk staff is really unfriendly. 3. Although the room size... More

This is my third time stay (04/05/13) in this hotel, but looks like the hotel room is getting worse than i stayed before. The standing shower area door cant close properly and the water leak it out and make the whole bathroom are wet. The toilet flash is not working well too. The noises from outside can hear CLEARLY from... More

For the price I suppose i can't complain at 1100 baht a night. However i've had better budget hotels in bangkok with the same price. Cons - the lobby is infested with mosquitoes. I found a few in my room too! - wifi is NOT FREE whether you're in the lobby or in the room - the only restaurant in... More

i stayed at the palazzo as it was the official hotel of the event that i attended. my first impression of the hotel was like any other that i could think of when it comes to mid-ranged hotels in downtown bangkok; seedy, dark, smelly & lacks basic amenities. so imagine my surprise when i entered my room! for starters, the...
