Service: Excellent for a budget hotel. I've never seen a budget hotel with a bellboy always standby at the door, help you carry bags. FOC for late check out before 2pm upon request. The hotel can help you call a meter taxi and arrive within 5 minutes. Since we have 4 person, so within our 4 days stay here we... More

We stayed in Wattana Mansion every few months. The location is great (500 m. From MRT) the restaurant is 24hr and not expensive. And Family Mart on the ground floor. The walk to MRT maybe a bit difficult if you have a luggage. It's popular for Chinese and Taiwanese tourists/business people. The workers there may not be happy looking but... More

From the time we asked to see a room, there was a willingness to please. It is a budget hotel with most facilities on a smaller scale. Rooms have been recently renovated and are clean. WiFi is available throughout and is reliable but slows at peak times like most places, even chain hotels. Linen is clean and a large menu... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights and we had a nice, clean and spacious room. We liked the swimming pool, which is located on the third floor of the hotel. The hotel is not in the centre of Bangkok, but it is located close to a metro station with which it is easy to reach the centre. Nice... More

We always stay here when we are in Bangkok - at least once a year! Having seen the hotel from pre-renovation till the present time, I can safely say that Watana is serious about improving it's image and reputation - so if you are reading those reviews that are highly negative, I would take it with a pinch of salt.... If you ever look for a cheap accommodation with amazing value ... Watana Mansion is the right place! and if you stay 7 consecutive nights, you get 10 % discount on top! It's a bit out of the city but for less than 200 Baht, every taxi brings you downtown and also it only 5 minutes walking from Sutthisan Metro... More

Not too shabby. However, the staff doesn't really understand English. Rooms are okay. Basic necessities given like towels etc. There are stains on my bath tub which later was removed by the maid. Overall it's an okay place to stay if you on a budget like me. It's the kind of place where you just want your hotel to be... More

If you want cheap in every sense, this is the hotel to go. Stayed there two nights in transit to another country. Very basic amenities. The room had refrigerator, phone, cable TV, safe & slow internet. The breakfast is also very basic so make sure you have brunch. The staff at their canteen (can't say its a restaurant) do not... Upgrading the name to "hotel" doesn't improve the smoky rooms, never-ending construction sites, bad service and rude staff. Called the police on them for skimming 500 baht off our change when we paid a thousand baht bill to pay for a 350 baht meal. It's the cheapest in town and near the underground train but it's never worth the aggravation.
