We stayed at Thai Cozy House because we had a business card picked up on a previous trip. It was easy to get there from the airport and very cheap to stay. I stayed here on two occassions and found the staff very friendly, the service was also very good (i.e. nice free breakfast, rebooked our hotel for a return stay, helped us get a taxi, cleaned our room and gave us each a free bottle of water each day). This was my third stay at the Thai Cozy House, My reason for staying there is the convenience. However, I found that this time the service had deteriorated. With double occupancy, we only had towels for one person and only one bottle of water. The bathrooms are looking somewhat aged. Need some refurbishing. If you've landed late night and need a place to crash, this little hotel will serve you ok, but not great. It is not high class, nor is it a guesthouse/hostel.
