I stayed here on two occassions and found the staff very friendly, the service was also very good (i.e. nice free breakfast, rebooked our hotel for a return stay, helped us get a taxi, cleaned our room and gave us each a free bottle of water each day). They did all the most important things, they looked after our bags... more

This was my third stay at the Thai Cozy House, My reason for staying there is the convenience. However, I found that this time the service had deteriorated. With double occupancy, we only had towels for one person and only one bottle of water. The bathrooms are looking somewhat aged. Need some refurbishing. The staff were delightful - very friendly... more

Last week we stayed in Bangkok It is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very beautiful, modern en clean. The staff was very friendly and the food was perfect. On their website you get a good impression how Bangkok looks like. more

If you've landed late night and need a place to crash, this little hotel will serve you ok, but not great. It is not high class, nor is it a guesthouse/hostel. You will not meet other travellers (there is no common room). You will not be impressed with the rooms as they were bland and uninspired, but they were clean.... more

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at!! To start with they stole the my credit cards from my bag... second they try to rip you off. Room rate is ok & room as well but so are all other guest houses around. Every service is charged much more than the rest of the hotels. For instance everyone charges between... more

In general i was relatively pleased by the accomodation. The room was clean, well kept, the facilites in the hotel were good. The internet was fast and they had skype which i thought was pretty good. The breakfast was decent too. The one problem i had with this hotel was the staff. They were always quizzing you about where you... more

Read last review about bedbugs, spot on, I was bitten on many occassions. Avoid this place like the plague (bed bug plague). They do not change the bed sheets. On the last night my boyfriend and I had packed our bags ready to go for 5 o'clock start, went out for dinner leaving bags in room when arrived in Koh... more

The Location is good, its close enought to the action that you can walk, and its far enough from the noise. The rooms are what you need, there is a fridge in the room and air conditioning. Problem was that the bed sheets were not changed, and when we appeared with bed bug bites, there was little wonder. Breakfast is... more

Stayed one night and found another place. Staff did accept reservation by phone, which is a plus. Night staff ridiculed us during checkin. Rooms were adequate, nothing more. Rooms do include fridge and TV. Accomodation neither attractive nor comfortable. Consider this simply a place to sleep. more

We had a great stay at the Cozy House, the staff were brilliant friendly, extremely efficient, helpful & all had a great sense of humour! They made the stay! & the restaurant - brilliant especially for ambience. Loved the way the chef virtually had our Khao Pat Gai ready practically before we'd got through the door! Would definitely stay there... more
