When we check in for total 3 room we have been treated not well at all. When we asked questions we just got a dirty smile that was all. We do not recommend this Hotel at all because of the service provided. We did sent a complain e-mail to the A-One Hotel and a copy to the Webpage where we... More

Great location, helpful staff, nice breakfast and caters for lots of tastes (noodles, salad, tuna, waffles, fruit, eggs, toast, cereal etc). Room had 2 big single beds, space to move around in and nicely equipped. Lockers in reception acted as 'safes' and reception open 24 hours

Bad service, no elevator. Hotel would not help me with my suitcase up to my room, even though I offered to pay extra for it. Bad aircondition. Small bathroom with bad shower. Draughty door. Good single bed/ mattress.

The room I got smelled musty. It was also right next to a balcony that had loud smoking tourists. The bathrooms was the smallest I have seen in a month of travelling. The walls were ugly and the blankets super super old. For the price of 1000 you can get a better room in Bangkok that at least includes free... More

The hotel is pretty well located. The room we stayed in was quite small but it had the essentials and the beds were okay. The bathroom was small and the shower was right beside the toilet seat with no clear separation. The staff was okay, not that friendly. The breakfast buffet was decent and the highlight of the hotel.

Okay hotel, the hosts weren't the most helpful but okay. Internet was good but you could only connect to one connection with one device which was a drawback. Breakfast was with buffé so you became full! The bathroom was small so when you showered water came in the whole room

I have stayed at A-One Inn numerous times, and although I like the location (5 minute walk to Siam Sq) and the rooms, the staff (especially the breakfast manager) are exceptionally rude and grumpy. I would rate this place much higher in the future if the staff improved.

The Inn is OK for location but smelly for some room. Avoid taking TAXI ( Pink ) colour waiting in front of the INN. Also avoid TAXI 8027 waiting nearby of the INN. They offer resonable fair but in the end you may end up paying triple expensive then original offered fair. It is SCAM!

we booked the inn thru agoda and so we paid really cheap. good things about this place are its proximity to the mbk mall, the national stadium, jim thompsons museum, the national stadium stop for skytrain and lots of street food. also, the entrance to the stairs which leads to the rooms has electronic lock that could only be deactivated... The cleaning person left my window open after room service. It allowed mosquitoes in. After telling them not to do it, they closed the windows. But still, there were several mosquitoes in my room. In a tropical country with malaria and dengue, they should be very careful. Another problem is the foul smell, like a dead rat, at the door... More
