It's decent and clean and in a good area if you wanna be out and about with a lot of people but over priced for what you get. Worst bed, worst blanket, no common area to meet other travelers. If you just want a one night lay over and want it clean and boring this is your place.

Negative aspects: small room, basic furniture, no elevator, sometimes noisy (dipends of your neighbors), not enthusiastic employee. Positive aspects: good location, clean and functional place, good price compare to the area, 24h reception, laundry service, free WiFi. We were two in a double room with ac and bathroom (500bat circa) and we stayed three nights starting on the new years... More

You pretty much get what you pay for with this accommodation so don't expect a lot when you're paying very little. Yes it's very basic and small, but you do get a hot shower, air con and wifi access. The location is good and only a 5 minute walk to Khaosan Road. The bed "cover" was pretty pointless and only... More

From the pictures it appears ks guesthouse is a basic place to stay, upon arrival it is much less than that. Ants everywhere, no ac-just a fan, minuscule bedrooms with a large towel like thing rather than a duvet cover or sheet, the whole room feels filthy. The staff were not very friendly either and for the first time throughout... More

Stayed here 3 nights Summary Perfect for what I wanted - solo traveller, or friends, basically anyone who wants cheap place without sharing bathroom. Not for families or elderly/mobility issues as no lift. I gave it average but you can't complain at £8 a night. If you can handle one night then this is a good budget place which turned... More

We were very surprised because of the small room areas, but the rooms are very clean. The air-condition works properly; water facility was good; view from room was good; food of their restaurant in the terrace is so tasty. Food and stay both were affordable. Staff was very friendly. The guesthouse is located right on the Khao San Road, which... More

It's a very cheap place, so there is not much to expect: the rooms are very small (at least a double bed ones) and look not as good as on the pictures; there is no hot water; also no elevator, which is OK unless you have to carry a 40kg backpack up to the 4th floor; the walls are thin,... More

We arrived at 4:30am of the day we were supposed to arrived, we expected not to be able to check in until 2pm but were pleasantly surprised when they showed us right to our room. Unfortunately the room was awful. There were bugs in the bathroom and it was deathly hot. The beds were decently clean and comfortable but the... More

This hotel is right on some pretty nasty looking river that flows through Bangkok, full of loads of huge fish that are constantly coming to the surface to breathe! I'm guessing there ain't much oxygen in there. It's very close to the crazy Khao San Road, as well as a lot of attractions in the area, such as Wat Arun... More

Once you are looking for a hostel in Bangkok i suppose that is only for sleep, and this way the KS are ok. The internet didn't work in my room, the room was ok more or less clean, the staff is also ok. The localization is also ok very close of Kosan road.
