We were very surprised because of the small room areas, but the rooms are very clean. The air-condition works properly; water facility was good; view from room was good; food of their restaurant in the terrace is so tasty. Food and stay both were affordable. Staff was very friendly. The guesthouse is located right on the Khao San Road, which... More

It's a very cheap place, so there is not much to expect: the rooms are very small (at least a double bed ones) and look not as good as on the pictures; there is no hot water; also no elevator, which is OK unless you have to carry a 40kg backpack up to the 4th floor; the walls are thin,... More

We arrived at 4:30am of the day we were supposed to arrived, we expected not to be able to check in until 2pm but were pleasantly surprised when they showed us right to our room. Unfortunately the room was awful. There were bugs in the bathroom and it was deathly hot. The beds were decently clean and comfortable but the... More

This hotel is right on some pretty nasty looking river that flows through Bangkok, full of loads of huge fish that are constantly coming to the surface to breathe! I'm guessing there ain't much oxygen in there. It's very close to the crazy Khao San Road, as well as a lot of attractions in the area, such as Wat Arun... More

Once you are looking for a hostel in Bangkok i suppose that is only for sleep, and this way the KS are ok. The internet didn't work in my room, the room was ok more or less clean, the staff is also ok. The localization is also ok very close of Kosan road.

We stayed 2 nights at the 'guest house' upon our arrival in Bangkok. We had a double room with a fan and attached bath. The room was well worn but as clean as it could be. The shower pressure was good and there was only cold water. However, with no air conditioning, a cold shower is preferred. Soap, towels, toilet... More

This was my BKK home for years. It used to be cool and kitschy, but has become terrible. For the last year, the ceiling on the 2nd floor has been leaking. The A/C units are very weak in all the rooms. The blanket is similar to a large towel (terry cloth) with no topsheet. Also, the TV has no English... More

Typical backpackers place - small rooms (extremly small), shower combined with toilet. Very safe. Tourists should book room with AC only - with fan it's to hot and stuffily while opening the window it's noisy from the street. Well located. Value for money for short visit.

Paid 490b for a twin room and it was literally 2 tiny mattresses with a cold shower. What we expected, so it was fine. Great location, easy to get a taxi and hotel lobby staff will translate where you wish to visit for taxi driver if you ask them :) make sure you bring a padlock to lock your door... More
