Just stayed 1 night it was ok nothing special only stayed because I got the room a bit Cheeper. It's a few years old but still fairly clean. Staff are reasonably friendly and helpful. Breakfast ( American breakfast ) would of been better to go on the street, it was stone cold and coffee you could of stood your spoon... More

This place is really quirky ,old fashioned like a hotel should be not clinical but unusually dated,That would be a minus for many but its so refreshing and you can imagine what a grand place it once was.The inside decor needs renovating cleaning and lots of TLC as do the large rooms and the massive glass frontage need cleaning etc... We've stayed at the Grand 3 times, the last time being 3 months ago, and still really like it. We arrived at 8 in the morning and had no problems getting an early check in for both rooms. The day time receptionist is really really friendly and helpful as are all the staff I've met. The Suite rooms are a... More

Small rooms compared to other hotels in area, ie, majestic and nana. Renovations take away from breakfast as it is only available in room. Rooms were clean although small, bathroom was also small. Air conditioning was good but noisy, blew on bed all night making it colder than it actually was.

I have stayed for 3 days. It is very close to Nana Entertainment plaza and other hangouts. The hotel staff are rude in services and no proper attention to customer's query or complain. Overall an average hotel but rooms are good in size.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
