Great rates for the Grand Inn which is why I initially stayed there. The rates for this hotel can vary but can be secured around 35 USD a night Located on Soi 3 which is just across Sukhumvit from Soi 4 where all the nightlife and Nana District is. Soi 3 is much more quite than Soi 4. Staff is... More

Overall this is an "ok" hotel for a short stay. The best thing about it for me was the location to train station. Mcdonalds and starbucks within walking distance too. It was a cheap rate but you do get what you pay for. The staff were pleasant enough but not really that friendly The room was basic. Smelt like a... More

Beware that the pictures and description of the rooms are NOT true to reality. 1. The room was less big than advertised. Maybe only 1/2 of the size! 2. The room looked dingy. 3. Weird toilet spray smell in the lobby. 4. Terrible reception service : the woman did not even look at us in the eyes or say hello,... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in March 2014. On the whole I was very happy with the hotel and the price I paid. The staff made me feel very welcome and it was very close to everything. This includes nightlife, shopping and sights. A few niggles which did not affect my stay were that me and my... More

We stayed at this hotel last November 27 to November 30 and it is very convenient to everything you wanna go in Bangkok. Situated in Sukhumvit Soi 3 we didn't encounter any problems of getting lost as the reception and staffs were very helpful and accommodating. They speak english well and the rooms are just good for its price. Expect... More

Pros : Very helpful and informative staffs. Room with street view were large and functional. Bathroom with bathtub. Located in city center very close to skytrian station and restuarant. Cons : Breakfast too basic but cook fresh.

I booked this hotel through Agoda, to stay for Mr first two nights in Bangkok. I ended up booking another night so stayed for three. I then traveled up to Sukhothai and Chiang Mai for six days and did not look for any other hotels when I returned to Bangkok, I stayed another two nights. The staff here speak excellent... More

Where do I start.. What a nightmare! Rooms are nothing like in the pictures. More like a hostel than a hotel. Dirty bedding with hair still in sheets from last guest. No hot water and lots of mould everywhere! Room safe wasn't even secured to anything so it was pointless, lovely views of rubbish filled lane way and lovely smell... More

We were looking for clean, air conditioned hotel in good location for 3 night visit to Bangkok. We found that at Grand Inn. We booked a "suite", and found it fine for the purpose. Fairly spacious, air cond, lift access. Friendly staff with good English. Centrally located between Nana and Ploen Chit BTS stations.
