I stayed in this hotel by mid 2013, for a few days and I enjoyed a great time there, the hotel is clean, staffs are friendly, the location is very good, the metro station is in walking distance, plenty of shops and malls around, for more shopping you can go to Siam, via metro. You get decent quality Indian food... More

We made reservations for this hotel for september 2013 and they email us in June of 2013 to tell us the place will be closed for renovation until late 2014. The name is now The Grand Swiss and who knows when they will open.

Changed to this hotel from Amari. Rooms are large but very very worn out. Floor tiles are ugly greeny color. I realize i do not live there, but not a nice feeling to be in the room. Service was good, so was the location. TV small shower and bath nice Not really a personal place, but satisfactory

The swimming pool is horrible and the pool side inclined chairs are very very old, dirty and worn out. Though it is a three star hotel , but wont gave... More

Im really easily pleased but this place was terrible! Really rude receptionist because her English wasn't good! Wifi only in the reception, which was good connection as there was none one in the place! I think the furniture is there since the hotel opened, dirty ripped, old! I really couldn't believe the pool, pigeons were drinking out of it, the... More
