This hotel was relatively cheap ( US$50/night) so were not expecting much but it still managed to disappoint. I have stayed at the Plaza many times over the past few years, there is not another hotel in Bangkok that give give you the aminities and facilities at the same price any where in Bangkok, Shopping, transport and restaurants all on your doorstep and very efficient and freindly staff. more
