I stayed in a suite. It was 2 rooms, one with a living area and one bed/bathroom. It was clean. The location is great. Breakfast is not bad. Overall it was very comfortable and nice. It is an older hotel. Staff are 'matter of fact'.

I feel there are better hotels for the money. We paid $60 USD per night for a 3 night stay. It's a great location. We were upgraded to the next tier room for free. However, the first room we got was 815 upstairs and was a smoking room, which we immediately smelled. We got moved to room 515 instead. It... More

Silom Serene is a very good hotel. They served us excellent breakfast. I liked their fruits. I can not forget the sweet pineapple. The hotel is very near Sala Daeng (BTS Sky Train ; Silom line). Sala Daeng is where you can access the Pat Pong night market. The Silom Serene staffs are very friendly. They opened the entrance door... More

This was our second time here, and would happily come back. A good clean and comfortable hotel, just off Silom. Minutes walk to the skytrain, and you can be anywhere in no time. The hotel does need a bit of maintenance, only minor cosmetic things like paint. An excellent small courtyard and pool is just the place for a drink... More

The hotel was pleasant enough but could do with an update. The rooms were big and seemed to be clean until we found large (the biggest I've ever seen) cockroaches in both rooms. We also found a small lizard, but I prefer a lizard to a cockroach. Breakfast was very basic, and the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned... More

Dear Mr. Vennard, Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property. You are absolutely right about the hotel needing an update and that's why we are happy to inform you that managements are in the process of planning a major facelift on all our rooms starting with our bathrooms which have seen better days. As for... More

The location is very convenient. It's in a very quite neighborhood not so far away from subway stations (Chong Nonsi & Sala Daeng. I was also surprised by busy morning market (very local!) right across from the hotel. It seems to open pretty early, but closes early as well. The staffs are...okay. It would be nice if they say hello... More

Excellent location as it is a short walk to Papong, Irish Pubs, McDonalds (open 24 hours) and Saladaeng Station. Very quiet street with a 7Eleven store next to hotel (so although reasonably priced for a mini bar get rid of it). Did not use Restaurant as there is excellent street food 50 meters from Hotel Mon-Fri that caters to thousands... More

Firtly, we decided to stay here because my boyfriend used to stay before. When we arrived we found that they upgrade us to a better standard room ( fantastic). The hotel close to every activities ( love it). It is quiet as well. The staffs are friendly and helpful. This is more then enough! go back again for sure. Mr... More

We have been regular customer for, at least, the last ten years and warmly recommend this hotel for its: reasonable price, excellent service, good breakfast, large rooms and swimming pool and cleanliness. Centrally located in Silom near Central Dept store and metro station.
