It is OK hotel. Was upgraded to the suite, so should not really complain, the bed was very comfortable, room spacious. Full kitchen and living room. The breakfast is clear disappointment. Be early to get what they offer: being late means not replenished stuff... But i guess that directly corresponds to the reasonable price you pay for the stay. Nice... More

This is the second time I stayed here as the hotel's location is great. You can walk to the MRT station and to the Patong night market and the famous cafe's and bars. Also there are plenty of restaurants to choose fromn nearby. The pool is a nice relief after a long hot day in Bangkok. I did not try... More

I like the hotel. closet to night life, restaurants, BTS. The room was run-down but clean. Staff speaks limited English but they were very helpful. Breakfast is humble but enough food to start the day! Considering the price, I will give A-.

Stayed here in room 712 for 5 nights. Rooms were clean and comfy. Bathroom was small but clean, however shower was over bath and there wasn't any rails to hold onto when getting in or out, so this could be a problem for some people. Staff were ok and breakfast was pretty good. Pool was nice enough but it doesn't... More

I stayed in a suite. It was 2 rooms, one with a living area and one bed/bathroom. It was clean. The location is great. Breakfast is not bad. Overall it was very comfortable and nice. It is an older hotel. Staff are 'matter of fact'.

I feel there are better hotels for the money. We paid $60 USD per night for a 3 night stay. It's a great location. We were upgraded to the next tier room for free. However, the first room we got was 815 upstairs and was a smoking room, which we immediately smelled. We got moved to room 515 instead. It... More

Silom Serene is a very good hotel. They served us excellent breakfast. I liked their fruits. I can not forget the sweet pineapple. The hotel is very near Sala Daeng (BTS Sky Train ; Silom line). Sala Daeng is where you can access the Pat Pong night market. The Silom Serene staffs are very friendly. They opened the entrance door... More

This was our second time here, and would happily come back. A good clean and comfortable hotel, just off Silom. Minutes walk to the skytrain, and you can be anywhere in no time. The hotel does need a bit of maintenance, only minor cosmetic things like paint. An excellent small courtyard and pool is just the place for a drink... More

The hotel was pleasant enough but could do with an update. The rooms were big and seemed to be clean until we found large (the biggest I've ever seen) cockroaches in both rooms. We also found a small lizard, but I prefer a lizard to a cockroach. Breakfast was very basic, and the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned... More

Dear Mr. Vennard, Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property. You are absolutely right about the hotel needing an update and that's why we are happy to inform you that managements are in the process of planning a major facelift on all our rooms starting with our bathrooms which have seen better days. As for... More

The location is very convenient. It's in a very quite neighborhood not so far away from subway stations (Chong Nonsi & Sala Daeng. I was also surprised by busy morning market (very local!) right across from the hotel. It seems to open pretty early, but closes early as well. The staffs are...okay. It would be nice if they say hello... More
