Excellent location but that's about it. At this price range, it's difficult to get a hotel near a train station. But prime location might be it's only selling point Location The hotel is the brown building just across the canal from Hualamphong station. Cross one of the little green bridges and you're there. It's also walking distance to Chinatown, and... More

Good sized room, balcony and hot shower, located next to the station which is convenient. However there's not much to see or do around the area, anything is a bit of a walk. The restaurant food is good and they serve breakfast till late. The hotel did the job for a couple of nights.

Pros: Location, comfortable, large rooms with balcony and clean amenities, great value, great views from the balcony (both ways) Cons: Could be little more clean, some spots were dirty, the balcony was messy. The second room I've stayed in was smaller and the furniture in general is outdated

This hotel clearly has its best days past it. It's not new and shiny, but also - it doesn't pretend it is. A very strong point for the location (next to the train station, close to wonderful Chinatown, away from the hell of Khao San), cleanliness, aircon and balcony. Wifi free but you need to get new passwords every day.... More

Poor Hotel very close to the Hualamphong train station (the only reason why we stayed here). The room was ok, clean and spacious! The restaurant downstairs was also very good and had reasonable prices. They had free wifi, but ONLY for 2 devices?!, and you have to get a coupon with a password every day!! And the most annoying thing... More

If you have a train to catch, then go nowhere else than this hotel. It is just opposite to the station and the MRT. Connectivity is great. Chinatown is right at the back. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast buffet they serve. Yummm Thai and American breakfast.

A classic hotel, right next to the station. Staff were very welcoming, spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Nice views of the city. Cafe/restaurant attached is good, though maybe a little pricey considering portion sizes. I was a little disappointed by the complimentary breakfast though:there are only two choices and it was a... The entire building is dark and drab. They are very strict with every little thing, like wifi, toilet paper rolls, breakfast coupons etc. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights and I wished I hadn't reserved in advance. It isn't really close to any places to eat other than the train station. They do include breakfast, but you have to... More

The only good thing about this place is that it is close to the station. For the rest it is dirty, the wifi only works on the ground floor and the blankets were gross. The room is an ok size but we were so glad we were only staying over night. The staff were unwelcoming, impolite and rude.

The hotel is as close to the railway station as possible. Location was crucial for us as we were planning to take a 5:55 train to the cambodian border. We had magnificent over the roofs view from the west side of the building. The furnitures and facilities looks really old, but are clean and work well.
