Before we arrived, first time in thailand, i learnt hello and thankyou in thai, always a good idea wherever in world you happen to be. This was probably a great hotel back in 1972 and it looks like '72 was the last time the hotel was updated. The paint is peeling, the upholstery in our room was tearing and there were holes in the wall. On the plus side The room was very clean and was not too far away from the city center but... More

I stayed at this hotel on two separate nights and wasn't hugely impressed. Good points include - nice pool; decent breakfast; good TV; toilets and rooms were very clean. Points for improvement include - poor wifi signal and no urgency to fix it; the sauna was out of order on arrival and didn't work when I returned 3 weeks later;... More

the hotel seems more to be a business hotel. it was neat and clean. However, seemed to be much small for a superior room! We reached bangkok on the first day of the protest and hence couldnt venture out anywhere. the hotel hardly had any entertainment to offer within the premises. the complementary breakfast was cold. the hotel is however,... A really lovely hotel! Lovely beds and clean bathrooms a good television too! Close to the sky train station. A good free breakfast in the morning and a lovely bar/restaurant downstairs which does good priced meals and lovely food. You only get wifi in reception but the staff are very nice. And a lovely pool!

We arrived at 1am for 6 night stay and were met by semi friendly male clerk who took our booking and said "no room". After 30mins he gave us key for suite but not without anxious and tired wait. Asked for glass of water "not possible". We had normal room for rest of stay and hotel was otherwise most good.... More

This hotel is certainly not new and modern. It could use a little renovation. Yet, we highly recommend it because of the value. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The breakfast is extensive. There is a good sized pool on the third floor which is very well maintained and hardly used. The service is excellent. We had... More

Booked on-line through sawadee with no problems and at a great dicounted rate. Chose a corner suite which was spacious and very comfortable. Mini bar, TV, kettle, safety box and usual hotel essentials provided. Buffet breakfast had good choice and a nice dining area to start off each day. Pool was a nice facility to use, maybe a little too... More

The hotel is situated a bit out of the tourist track, but it is close to a BRT (fast bus) stop with easy connection to the Skytrain. Service was discrete and helpful, despite the poor level of english. There is free wifi in the lobby. I didn't see any white tourists, mostly Chinese and Indians. In the dining room there... More
