I stayed in an executive suite room with my parents and sister and was not disappointed. The lobby area is quite small but still has an nice ambiance to it. The staff were very friendly and polite. 4 nights stay on the 21st floor room facing main street and Baiyoke Building. The room rates are good. It was more of an oddly designed apartment than a hotel room but clean and fairly quiet within.
