Reviews don't lie - I booked this hotel for a short trip to Bangkok based on the high ratings it has. I was still amazed when I arrived, especially with the room, which was incredibly tidy, new, big and stylish for the price. The staff was lovely and the location is fantastic, only a 10 minute walk to the closest... More

Nothing bad to say, nothing good to say. Nice service, room was little outdated. Pool was on the hotel nextdoor, but still quite easy to access. Breakfast was overpriced, you could get delicious and cheap streetfood just around the corner.

Stayed for three days. Comfortable bed, centrally located. Friendly staff and reasonable priced. Good wifi only let down was breakfast! Outside cafe and bar very pleasant. Best to have a room top floor which is very quiet! Swimming pool is in the hotel next door but this was ok.

The deluxe room is about 45 square meter, bigger than the average ones (mostly 30 square meter or so) I stayed in Bangkok. It is kept well and clean, and the bathroom is (relatively) big as well. The stay was overall satisfactory except a problem for me that the mattress was a bit hard and the pillows were not suitable... More

First time in BKK and we weren't really sure where to stay or where is the "city centre". Turns out there are markets / attractions throughout and there isn't really one place you should stay in. We picked this because of the good reviews on location, and that it was just a 15 mins walk from Lebua hotel (we wanted... More

Located next to Soi 16 on Silom Road, the hotel entrance is tucked away behind a coffee shop cafe. It's just a 5 to 10 minute walk up to the night market before you hit the Pat Pong night scene. The hotel rooms are reasonably furnished and clean, Internet access is free and pretty reliable. Breakfast choices are a bit... More

A very nice and large, spacious bedroom and bathroom. The fragrance in the hall was right next to our room and smelled lovely. Location is good as it's near the night market, bars, and other activities. Very nice hotel. Surface areas are very clean and tidy, however they need to ensure all areas are clean which are not visible to... More

This was my 4th visit in 10 years to this hotel and there will be a 5th. I have always loved the location, the well appointed rooms, the lemongrass scented hallways and the friendly staff. I was a little disappointed on this visit to see that it now appears to have been taken over by its neighbor, the Narai, as... More

I have not one single fault for this hotel! Which baffles me, because I can pick a hole in anything! Well done to all the staff, and everybody else that made this place what it is. The hotel has some beautiful rooms, and features. The breakfast was exactly what we expected and there was so much help from staff on... More

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
