This is THE place to stay at in Bangkok. Close to everything and they got a great resturant. Staff and owners are more than great. I never been this happy with a hotel, go there and stay. Everyone is helpful, food is great and they do have guiness.

Yet another objective review from FattM. As usual, your experience may vary. Finding myself having to be in Bangkok to kill a few days before moving on, I did as I've done several times before and booked in at The Dubliner for four nights earlier this month. I think this is the fourth tine I've stayed there in the last... More

I've eaten at the Dubliner many times over the past four years. I had the opportunity to stay in Bangkok for a couple days so I choose to stay here. A big reason was the fact that the place in new and when it was being built there were Irish guys on site. So I stay here for two nights.... More

First room I was offered smelt strongly of sewage emanating from the bathroom. The check in lady (Mint) very kindly moved me to a new room. Sadly the smell (caused from what looks to be poor plumbing and or drainage) started up in this room too. A shower for more than 5 mins means you are ankle deep in water.... More

This hotel is located in a great area - next to the BTS and on a vibrant street with a fantastic Japanese bakery, 7-11, bars, food, etc. The only issue was that there was some major noise from construction across the street and next door. The construction across the street will be ongoing for awhile.. So be aware of this... More

I've been attracted to this hotel due to a special offer on LateStays.com (but even at normal price it's quite good value). Hotel is brand new, quite easy to find (once you are in the area, but taxi drivers may need to call the reception for directions). Rooms are extremely spacious, well decorated, relatively bright. Ours even had a microwave!... More

The Dub has always been a favourite of mine for their breakfasts. Regardless of where I am staying in town, I will eschew the charms of what the hotels like to call a buffet breakfast (AKA rubber breakfast in our house) and head to the Dubliner for the real thing. Soda bread and potato bread are involved and this is... More

I normally stay in bigger Hotels in Bangkok but I decided to book a room here as it's close to my friends house. I was delighted I did as it was great. Staff and management are super friendly. The Dubliner is locaed near the BTS and across the road from a lovely park. The food is great too although I... More

All of the staff were really friendly and super helpful. Between the Thai, Irish and Australians there they knew everything there is to know about Bangkok and Thailand in general. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The location is really great - the skytrain is just around the corner and it is right in the heart of the... More

I was very impressed by this boutique Irish-themed hotel. My brother booked it for me so I didn't know what to expect! On the ground floor is an "authentic Irish Pub" with Guinness imported directly from Ireland. The customers all seemed to be having a great time. The bar pays serious attention to sporting interests (no gambling). Manager Wayne is... More
