This hotel cost 1500 baht at 50% discount, and it was absolutely atrocious. I never stayed in a 500 baht hotel that was as dirty or bad. 10 minutes after checkin, I asked for my money back. Of course that was impossible. But we got a new and "better" room. Carpets, bathroom, bedcovers and windows were really old and dirty.... more

despite the bad reviews here in tripadvisor, my siblings and i found this hotel OK. i admit it's not a fancy hotel but since it's really a budget hotel it's not a bad choice nonetheless. rooms are ok. no sign of bed bugs and sheets were comfy (we stayed on the 9th flr). since our itinerary required us to stay... more

I stayed for 2 days and the room was terrible. The towels and the bedsheets were torn to pieces. The washroom taps didn't have water inside them. The room was also cramped. The courtesy of the staff was also very poor. A frank advice for you all out there, Don't ever dream to stay in this hotel. more

There seem to be many negative reviews about this hotel however; my experience about this hotel has been satisfactory. This is located in an excellent area if you are hoping to do shopping. Reasonably clean rooms with all basic amenities including a swimming pool, a number of tour desks and restaurants are available in this hotel. A 24/7 convenient shop... more

booked a superior room in the tower block section of the hotel & wished we hadn't bothered!! After checking-in that seemed to take for ever after a 14 hour flight we were booked to stay on the 8th floor. The lift to the tower block smelt strongly of drains & the room didn't smell much better. The corridor to the... more

Location is very good, walking distance to the malls. Though if you are into nightlife, there are not any good bars nearby. You would have to take a taxi ride to get to a good club or bar. The taxi drivers waiting by the hotel lobby are quite annoying, they keep on offering to take you places even when you've... more

There was a time when this hotel was good value. The food was not only good, but there was great variety. Now the rooms are totally worn out, the food is of one ethnic type (and it is NOT Thai) and the place smells terrible. Yes it is convenient, but so is every other hotel in Bangkok that a bus... more

We had received a special offer from Cathay Pacific, giving us 2 nights free at first hotel in bangkok. However, on checking with the reviews on tripadvisor, I found the hotel to be a pretty bad one and so immediately booked another hotel (indra regent) for my stay in bangkok (even though we still received first hotel free with breakfast... more
