We checked into this hotel at 11.30 p.m and the front desk service was excellent. Surprisingly they did not even ask to look at our passports or credit cards. We were part of a Gate 1 Travel Group so perhaps that made a difference. At any rate, we were shown to a large, comfortable room very quickly. This hotel is... More

I stayed there for a meeting and provided this hotel. The location of this hotel is a bit far in my opinion and not for tourists who need things in the central. This hotel has a lot of tour group from china, means the location are really far. I was picked up by the company who invite me, so it... More

We stayed here for 3 days to join one of the Gate1 tour, after staying at the Novotel Ploenchit hotel for 5 days in the center of the city on our own. No way this hotel is 4 stars. Everything seems to be outdated and old. The room window view of the canal was like looking at a polluted dump... More

The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are a little dated, but designed with good taste and very spacious for Asia. The electrical outlets are designed to accept Asian and American plugs, which is a nice touch. The extras, such as dining, are a little expensive, but with the location, there are many close places to dine.

Stayed here for 3nights. As i was too lazy to move around to look for salon,i've decided to have my hair done at the hotel's salon... More

This was the first hotel, in a 16 day tour of the area. The room was clean, internet easy to use, amenities were acceptable. The breakfast buffet was a definite treat, with lots of choices for any diet. The location was a good drive from anything that you would want to tour if visiting the area. For us it was... More

WE stayed here to try something reasonably close to BIDC for the completion of some dental work, what a mistake, this hotel looks terrific from the outside (as many hotels in Bangkok do) but the rooms are average at best. The room description lists a safe (does not lock) coffee and tea making facilities (kettle and 2 cups, nothing else)... More

I have stayed at this hotel for about 20 years. I did business in Bangkok before retiring here 12 years ago. I am now retired and teaching at a university in Northeastern Thailand! They used to have an American Manager here and everything was run very well, but everytime I stay here now, I notice services are being cut! This... More

My room was very nice, clean, and had many amenities - including house shoes and robes. They offer free Internet in the rooms and common areas. There wasn't much to do nearby, but there was a small market in the hotel and plenty of food options. There is a private tour desk in the lobby and I hired a local... More

What a wonderful, reasonably priced, clean, safe and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service was outstandingl. The Day Trip desk was exceptional and had more than 40 tours available. We enjoyed the four day tours that we took. The hotel had all the services that anyone could ask for. The breakfast buffet is a real treat... More
