Stayed here for 7 days. A nice hotel, lot of restaurants, good variety for breakfast, clean, nice staff. But: - mattresses at the pool was very wet because they lie outdoors all time even though it rains every day. Ask for 10-15 extra towels in stead of using the mattresses. - when we left, we was billed for an mineral... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is dated and pretty far from downtown plus there is not much around the hotel to do. The hotel is dated and unfortunately smells badly of smoke. Saying that the room was comfortable and a good size, the bathroom was fine too. TV had plenty of channels but did not have... More

Spent 3 nights at this forlorn place because I had to attend a wedding at the hotel. Absolutely do not trust the pictures on the hotel's website. The whole hotel smells of old age and neglect. Perhaps many decades ago this was a 4* hotel at most. But now, it's just an aging property. Rooms are a good size but... More

Service is very friendly and very helpful. We are very comfortable in this property. Excellent room, facilities, environment. Good food, specially breakfast variety and we also enjoys of our dinner at Mis Grill Japanese buffet on the night of we arrival.

This hotel was welcoming, provided a good breakfast buffet and restaurant, and had well maintained rooms. However, unless you are willing to explore the subway system (the MRT), it takes a taxi ride to tourist sites.

This hotel was fine. Looked more like a business oriented hotel than a vacation spot. The staff were fine - not overly welcoming or concerned with helping us but not rude either. English speaking staff was minimal. We tried to get the concierge to help us book a dinner cruise and they couldn't/wouldn't. They're also very over protected with their... More

A stop over on our return journey. We ate out on the one evening we were there and left for the airport before breakfast. Room was ok smelt a bit musty but we were only there a short time. It just felt dark and dingy - a little depressing. Would rate it as 3star business hotel. Wouldn't stay there again.

I originally stayed at the hotel to obtain a lower rate and stay in the business district close to meetings I was attending. Room rate was low but I was put on a smoking floor and it was nasty speaking of the smell. Older Hotel , with antiquated services and one way Thoughts their way of the highway. Room was... More

I'd usually stay at Northgate but it was full, hence tried Chaophya Park Hotel for one night. Booked a Business Deluxe Room directly under the hotel's website, as they are able to accommodate late checkout at 4pm (subject to availability) which is ideal for me as my flight departs at 8pm. Booking through the hotel is quite straightforward, however the... More
