I have stayed a few times at the Davis Hotel in Bangkok and it has always been a pleasant experience. Their rooms and beds are very comfortable. Room service is good. I love that it's at the city but not at the busiest part. Safe environment as well. You can just walk to the nearest bts station so its convenient... More

Stayed 3 days in a 2 bed suite which cost less than most 4/5 star hotels charge for a basic room .The room was clean and comfortable .This hotel would be ideally suited for a bussiness person on a longer trip to this city .There was a fully equiped kitchen .Breakfast was poor regarding choice and some items were cold... Yes, so beware to find old things and old furniture! They provide you bathrobe and slippers for your comfort. Ok. The bathrobe was clean but old-aged. The slippers were already worn maybe by hundreds of customers before you but the hotel got them laudried for other users, while other hotels would throw them away after one use. I find this... More

My wife and I have stayed here several times in recent years when passing through Bangkok but I don't think we will return. The rooms are just as spacious and the pool areas attractive, but the breakfast was poor in terms of both variety and quality. The staff seemed indifferent, almost preoccupied and had little time for guests. Mind you... More

asking 5 euros a day, 200 baht, to be able to use skype and to have a speed over 128kilobits is terrible, insulting and unacceptable. I give 2 stars because the rooms are nice, but this kind of behaviour and pricing belongs to last century, it would be 1 star really, but i try to be objective. 128kilobits was the... More

I've been to Thailand many times. This was my second time to stay at the Davis. I love it. Just down the road is a fantastic seafood restaurant called"if it swims we have it". The rooms are very respectable and stylish. Breakfast was great and all super fresh.

Value for money is just not there unfortunately. The hotel is not what it appears. Rooms are large, but not very appointed. Bathrooms are very dated with dim lighting and a distinct lack of included toiletry supplies. Breakfast is very minimalistic and basic with little choices. The free WiFi is not good at all with a maximum speed of 128kbps... More

The hotel is located within 500 meters of two hypermarts, a neighborhood mall and a few minutes drive from a major shopping center and the BTS (overhead train system for inter city travel). Many restaurants are nearby with a 24 hour McDonald's within 100 meters. We were upgraded to a deluxe room and liked the room layout; lots of well... More

Upon arrival in the afternoon I was pleaseantly surprised by the look of the building, very classy ond not so ultra modern as many other top-notch hotels in Sukhumvit. I could experience a flawless and quick check-in by extremely friendly staff but then found out that my room was not ready. When confronting the reception staff they apologized and offered... More

I stayed in the main building at the back so it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious and clean but dated. The bed was comfortable with a choice of soft and less soft pillows. The lighting was poor though. There was a good selection of amenities - nicely presented. The bathroom was clean and the lighting was decent... More
