Really enjoyed this hotel, the rooms are very spacious and have everything you need, cleaning quality exceptional. Pool area on the roof although small it is really nice and you can get some nice views of the city. The Davis is an old favorite of mine in Bangkok. Always has great specials available online or directly on the hotel website. Don't worry about booking a room without breakfasts, there are plenty of options in the near vicinity, Au Bon Pain, Starbucks, Subway, TrueCafe, to name but a few. What a fantastic hotel! My family of 6 stayed in the Baan Thai Villa's from 13-16 April 2012. Amazing gardens, peaceful surrounds, great private pool, excellent food, wonderful staff, spacious accommodation. spacious rooms, one city side view to recommend... great breakfast... very slow and expensive wifi!!! the location is great to travel around bangkok, next to BTS station but do not raise expectations on the hotel tuktuk to reach the station: driver never available: take motos for 20BHT! spa and pool ok. One bar area is missing in the hotel! More
