Stayed here for 2 nights. First time in Bangkok. Close to temples and khao San road. Clean room. Nice shower. Nice food in the cafe (breakfast) helpful staff. Would like to be checked in earlier as we arrived in the morning. And had to wait til 2pm. TV didn't work. On the third bed there was no cover on the... More

This hotel is very good value for money! ! Perfect for a couple days I'm Bangkok. Very nice food in the cafe downstairs. Few small issues- no sheets on one of the beds, could hear noise fro outside and TV didn't work! But was good for wifi and was clean which was basically what we needed! Would recommend!

Stayed here two nights, was pretty average and wouldn't stay again. It is very very loud and traffic doesn't stop til about 2am! Bring ear plugs if you want a good sleep. The hotel itself is great, very industrial and modern looking. Central location and not far from either the Grand Palace or KhoaSan road. 10 min walk to either!... More

We spend one day in the hotel on our way back home so not a big experience. Hotel looks really like warehouse - raw concrete walls, polished concrete on the floor, metal finishes, wooden palette (like in the trucks for moving goods) as a luggage rack. Simple chair, no couch or sofa. I actually liked it but my wife hated... More

Good location The point to make is the hotel's location. It is close enough to the main spots to visit but far enough away from the confusion. The hotel's concept is interesting and very practical for a city hotel. My room was the "Corner Double Room", was spacious, large and comfortable. Cleanliness was very good. The hotel restaurant is quite... More

This funky, boutique hotel is quirky and wouldn't look out of place in Shoreditch (London) - it's got that cold warehouse vibe but with all the warmth of the lovely Thai staff that work there! Great combination! We stayed here for just two nights in November when we arrived in Bangkok and will be staying for a further one on... More

We stayed in this hotel only for a weekend but we were very satisfied with the location and the service. Even though you are 5 min walking form Kao San Road, this place is very quiet and you will get a good sleep without being annoyed by the crazy nightlife that is happening just 2 blocks far from you. On... More

My partner and I stayed 4 nights at the Warehouse. It's ideally located if you want to be near the main attractions (as long as you just don't want to go shopping in the large malls). The area is not flash but it's safe. Yes, the streets around are not super clean and there are beggars and prostitutes but that's... More

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighborhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
