There was no first impression for us at all with the reception staff, we checked in around 10 pm. all guy at reception are very rude!!! they treat us like we are not paying for the room. some of them chewing a gum, chit chatting, playing on the phone! we are so tried of our traveling, it not that easy... I usually pay around 1,200-1,500 baht/night for a hotel room This one cost me 3,100B so it was a chance to see if paying double the money was worth it. The room itself was terrific – 32sqm and it felt very spacious, with a long benchtop for my laptop and plenty of room to spread out my things. There were... More

This hotel is located on Soi 1, and is quite deep inside - a good 700-800 meters. Soi 1 is at the start of sukhumvit and Nana station is about 1.5 km walk. Location wise not the best. Check in was okay, except the man who was checking me in was for the lack of a better word rude. He... More

The walk from the BTS station to the Hotels is like walking in the Bronx of New York. Better get a taxi,on the way to the hotel you will find many different spots where stinks of rubbish, dirtiness and street vendors with look like homeless people(with all the respects) Night time you might get assaulted or even worse. Check in...no proper... More

This up market hotel ticked all the boxes, as location, comfort, cleanliness and value were to my satisfaction. Now, I have cycled all around Thailand staying at schools, wats, guest houses and decrepit hotels. I therefore treated myself when I visited Bangkok. As is my custom when I stagger into a hotel room my first priority is to hydrate quickly,... More

Our stay was awesome! The hotel staff are very nice and fast. There is only one bottle opener though haha but overall, the hotel is near to 711 stores, foreign exchange and massage parlors. Walking distance to BTS, food and hospital. Will definitely go back again!

Arrived, booked an Non-Smoking room via AirAsia Go website. Booked the King Premier Room. Arriving to the hotel (the room itself) smell reeked of cigarette smell. Which was ok though slightly disappointing, but did not have the Bath Tub as advertised on the website. Called in to the reception and asked for the room as advertised, as that was the... More

It was our first experience staying at this hotel. It was very good experience from front desk right up to the housekeeping team. The room was comfortable and a good size. They have very stable wifi available throughout the entire hotel. The pool wasn't very big but considering that there weren't many people hanging out there, we practically had the... More

I stayed at this hotel on two occasions and when I next return to Bangkok I am sure I will return to this hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, in very good condition and the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good as were the evening meals we had on several occasions. Skytrain is 8 minute... More

This is a great, user friendly hotel. Rooms are new and well kept. Breakfast was great everyday. The biggest plus is proximity to the hospital. Literally a two minute 1-2 minute walk. The staff were very helpful. There's a great Italian restaurant, La Buca which is about 3 minutes away. If I have to return, I'll stay here again. By... More
