I stayed at this hotel with group from 21-23 Nov. My 1st bad experience started upon check in. I asked the GSO (female) about wi fi and she shouted at me many times...very rude. Then in my room #328, there's no toillette paper and complimentary water ( I got it after asked the housekeeping). Some from our group had even... More

Noisiest place I have stayed! Had to get ear plugs and still lay awake for hours on end due to the crazy street noise. Our room was one thin wall away from an alley, meaning barking dogs, loud music and all sorts of road noise. After FINALLY getting to sleep, was awoken to construction work early in the morning! From... More

This hotel is seriously weird. When you enter the lobby, it seems like a perfectly normal hotel: bright, welcoming, a counter, lobby chairs, etc. Then you check in. You walk down a long hall behind the check in desk, and through a door that takes you into what is obviously a former-mall. There's even an out-of-service escalator. Through the doors,... More

Metro Resort Pratunam is such a small hotel that is enough for taking rest after your tired day. It has good location because it's located in Pratunam area which has Platinum fashion mall, panthip IT centre, diamond plaza, palladium, pratunam night market. In the night, there's also many food hawkers and shops along the road. I'm a little bit disappointed... More

I got a very good deal and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was new and good. The place is quite big and once u are going to the room you will feel like, it is the most deserted place with so much unused stuffs and space around. But with that value and deal I got, it... More

The hotel is close to the fashion wholesale market - Pratunam and Platinum plaza. It's easy to find food, massage, convenient stuff around. However the receptionist is not so friendly and not helpful at all. Breakfast buffet is boring. We could find another places where cost cheaper price.

I stayed here for 3 nights and while it wasn't bad, I wouldn't necessarily chose it again. Since it was a shopping centre before, it is very spacious and seems deserted once you are in the corridors which are full of unused furniture. Very odd. In the room we had, you could not adjust the aircon settings but other than... More

We booked the luxury room, it's a larger room with twin or queen beds. It has the necessary amenities, clean and comfortable. It has recently been renovated but very poor workmanship because the shower door handle was loose, the bathroom tiles are not even and the shower head shaky. We liked the location because it is close to shopping and... More

I will not be back to this hotel anymore. Very old and very dirty hotel, terrible breakfast. The room was without windows, under the bed was dirty, old furniture, internet worked very badly. Better not stay here!
