Cosy hotel perfectly hidden away from the busy street. Beds were very comfy and we truly enjoyed having a small balcony to enjoy. Breakfast is fairly small but always comes with a smile. We used the rooftop pool a few times and we always had it all to ourselves. Never any problems to get a taxi as the nice staff... More

The Cabochon is quiet and peaceful reminiscent of a colonial era with all the trimmings of a boutique residence. The location offers great access to the city's delights including retail and food outlets. The rooms are light, airy and spacious with crisp white bedding. The pool area is sedate and relaxing. The restaurant serves a wonderful array of Thai delights... More

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Cabochon Hotel during our recent trip to Bangkok. Everything from the unique and interesting design, the amazing gin and tonic bar, the rooftop pool with great views of the city, the quiet location, the excellent restaurant and the extremely helpful and friendly staff made our visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend... More

I visited with my family and our friends in July 2015. The rooms were generous, with a living room joining them which we had not expected, but was by no means a problem! The pool on the roof was lovely, but not as exciting as we had built it up to be: it is fairly small and the view is... More

This is an interesting small hotel set away from the fast pace that is Bangkok. We loved all the public rooms that are filled with eclectic collections covering many past eras. Our balcony room was a good size although the bathroom was very cosy! The room had nice furniture but really needed a touch up where walls and cupboards had... More

A really special place in Bangkok. Unlike nearly every other hotel there, this is a low rise, colonial style hotel which is super relaxed. Located perfectly for exploring trendy Sukhimvit, you will have a wealth of great places to drink and eat within 15 min walk (again unlike many hotels which are often quite far away any cafe/bar/restaurants) Hotel itself... First time to stay in a hotel with 1920s' French style, the place is elegant and feel like home. So different from Bangkok , feel like a secret garden. Like the desk lamp design in room and wooden floor is nice..

The Cabochon residence is a true secret retreat. Quaint and boutique, you find it hidden down a quiet side street in central Bangkok. The charming host is commended for her style in set up of the residence. It's so nice she is sharing such a beautiful building and experience with so many. All staff provide a very warm delivery of... More

This boutique hotel is absolutely stunning. The décor is stylish and calming - the perfect oasis from bustling Bangkok. We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our Thai trip. The staff were very helpful and attentive, helping to carry our bags and order taxis for us. We only had breakfast, but that was delicious. I honestly didn't... More

Room was very comfortable, and it was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Loved the swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast was nice, but there was not a large selection. Breakfast rooms were filled with books, and it was an interesting selection.
