We had interconnecting rooms on the 16th floor, rooms are large, pillows a bit hard and bathrooms old but the rooms were clean. Perfect location for shopping and an easy walk from from Ratchaprarop Station (we used the Airport Link which is fantastic). Wifi is expensive, get a SIM card at the airport. Breakfast is mediocre (coffee was awful) but... More

its times like this I know why we only use hiltons. We only had day use at the Indra Regent Bangkok but I was pretty horrified !! The rooms have not changed since the 80's. I swear the bath towels are from the 80's. I would describe them as rags. The staff were very friendly however I felt a few... More

We have stayed several times in the past years but have not visited now for about 10 years. This Hotel is in a wonderful shopping area with many stores and markets close by. But the Hotel has lost a lot since our previous visits We went there for xmas 2014 only to find the wonderful arcade belonging to the hotel... More

An old hotel in the heart of Pratunam, with a lobby that fits horribly with the miserable shops Indian and smells of various foodstuffs coming from the street. I booked a double with booking.com at 2340 baht with breakfast: a decent price. But the room has a bath and filthy drain and 'clogged The furniture is old but decent. Breakfast... More

The breakfast was horrible (even found a cockroach in it one morning). Wifi is CRAZY expensive. We have stayed here 17 times over 9 years and the decor is still the same. Won't be staying there again!

I stayed in this hotel on 30th and 31st 2014... to be close to all shopping malls and the central worrld where the celebration and count down for new year is. Value wise, this hotel was cheap and in the middle of all the markets and resturants. But I had horrible experience there... The hotel lobby is very smelly and... More

Rooms a little tired, doesn't look to have not been renovated since I was last here 15 years ago. Beds are firm and the pillows hard. Generally the hotel clean and reliable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast. Pool clean. Shopping around very good. For meals go to shopping Mall up the road, Central World -... More
