The hotel rooms are being gradually refurbished. They need it. I got to see some completed rooms and they look fantastic. Go for at least a refurbished deluxe room as you will get wifi access in your room. If you are in a superior room then only wifi access in the lobby BUT wifi IS NOT complimentary. Such a shame.... This was our 4th stay at the Indra Regent and I must say I was a little concerned after reading recent reviews however we found the hotel to be as consistently good as our other visits. The staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was good, as we had 2 teens and 2 adults we opted for the family suite on... More

This hotel is easily accessible from the airport. We walked to the Indra from the second last station on the airport express route. A short walk down the street also brought us to a canal with cheap water transport. Our hotel room was on the 16th floor, and therefore the traffic noise was not an issue, however the "plumbing" noises... More

In a country and city where free Wi-Fi is pumping from every venue and is always free, the Indra Regent charges guests a ridiculous amount to be connected. Staff were rude when I complained about this. When I eventually bought an hour of wifi, I couldn't connect. I literally had to stand in the foyer and scream at staff before... More

Great location for this hotel, arrived as a family but was disappointed with the hotel staff, not very friendly we were basically left to our own devices to get to the room, the room was old & smelly, clean enough but I must admit disappointing. Not what we expected as it wasn't cheap! The most ANNOYING thing about this hotel... More

From a nice hotel many years ago, now its dirty, unfriendly and you are lucky if something works in your room. We had a DELUXE room, but had to move into another room as we could not even lock our Door. You get a better break feast in a roadside cafe,as my idea of boiled potatoes and baked beans, does... This hotel brings me back to my 80s! Very smokey hotel. The rooms are average. This hotel doesn't give toiletries! When asked they say, Watsons is juz downstairs! This hotel has MacDonalds till late night. Wifi is bad. Near to pratunam market & other night market. Overall it's a ok hotel...

To begin with.. The hotel has nothing great to talk about apart from its location. The staff are indifferent.. The breakfast is not worth even tasting! The rooms are just "ok" having bathrooms without hand faucets and no taps near by in the toilets.. Which is a must for us Indians when we travel. The hotel has no "free wifi... More

We were there for three nights during first week of june-15 . We just got the booking done from Hua hin through a very helpful Sardarjee whome I met by chance in Hua Hin. The hotel is very centrally located with one of the most reasonable mall within the hotel . The rooms are fine , Though we were upgraded... More
