This was my first trip to Indra Regent, and as much as we like the location and service of the staff, we have to say that we were deeply disappointed with the hotel facilities. First the good points, location was great, platinum shopping mall was very near, and there's fast food at the lobby, which was very convenient for us,... More

We stayed at this hotel in Jan 2012 for one night. I didn't expect this to be a great hotel, all I wanted was a clean room to sleep in for the night. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in and would not recommend it. Check in took forever and the service is no existant. The rooms were... More

I heard a few people complaining about their rooms...too small,,not up to standard but i can only say that being on the 15th floor i have no complaints. The room was a good size,,,very clean and had a good view over the city. The breakfast is basic but still good,,,the hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. The markets underneath... More

My family and I booked into here on our way back to Sydney from a phuket trip. We were booked in and paid for, for four nights but after spending one night here we checked out the next day and went to another hotel we have previously stayed at, Losing the money already paid didn't bother me and there was... We stayed at the Indra Regent in Bangkok for three days from the 16th May - the 19th May 2012. After spending 10 wonderful days at the Centara Kata in Phuket , staying at the indra just about spoiled our trip. The staff were rude, we had a terrible room that we needed to be changed as it was not... More

This is our third stay at the Indra and we are finding that the service is slipping. It's location for shopping, eating and general activities can not be surpassed. We stayed in a junior suite and it is an excellent choice for space for longer stays. The buffet breakfast seems to have been leased out and this has had a... More

Booked here by agent and will let her know not good choice for first time travellers to Bangkok. As previously mentioned rooms are getting tired and the prices on everything more expensive than other places that we compared with. We did not want to pay over 1000THB for the breafast on offer and as shopping centres did open until 10... More

Dear KiwiMaiTai, Thank you for taking the time to review Indra Regent Hotel. Our breakfast is buffet style which cost THB 547 per adult and we do have a la carte option available for less. As for map of Bangkok, there are free copies available at Reception but the map presented in guestrooms is a laminated souvenir “Groovy” map (www.groovymap.com).... More

The best part of this old grand hotel is its location. From airport catch a metro train get down at Rajaprarop station and this hotel is few steps away from the station. This is the best location for the indian subcontenent people because of the excelent restuarants available around this hotel. Indra mall is in the same complex.Half of bangkoks... More

We spent three nights at Indra Regent on our arrival in Thailand. The hotel is looking a bit tired but the rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. The hotel is superbly located in downtown Bangkok and is just a 5- 10 minute walk from Central World, Siam Paragon and the night market is right outside. We also took a tour... More

Dear Jane W, Indra Regent Hotel would like to thank you for your feedback of your recent stay with us. We will definitely take your suggestions regarding pricing into consideration. As for bed mattress being hard, we have always had softer versions available on request through housekeeping. We will make an extra effort to make this known to our guests.... More
