A very basic small hotel with a good location. Rooms OK but porely equipped. Wifi was not working in the room. There is a pool but at my stay it was so heavily chlorinated that you could not use it. Will not return.

Hotel is a nice stay for the price and on a quiet side street. The pool is unfortunately closed right now for renovations. The included breakfast was actually really good. Large portion of scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and real shaved ham. Only complaint was that our room smelled like sewage pretty bad, maybe try to avoid room 204.

Room: Good size. Very nice balcony. Bed: Meduim hard. Toilet: Simple but functional. Restaurant: Very good restaurant. Take a look at the sandwish menu. Swimmingpool: Small but enough for cool down and swim a bit. No pool for children. Service: Very good. Other facilities: Very good travel agent at the hotel. I have used their service for many years. Good... More

I should never use this hotell more, the staff can't help you and you need to pay for a room even it smell bad everywhere. Danish owner don't like to talk to the guest. Old style in room and not clean.

Having your lunch here is to have a very good lunch on a Danish countryside Inn. If you are a Dane you must go there, but even foreigners tend to like "Dansk smørrebrød" a lot. And nice beer and wonderful service in this small oasis right in the middle of busy Bangkok. You can always check out - but you... More

This hotel is centrally situated in Sukhumvit and reasonably cheap. The food is good, service ok and the pool is ok. Rooms are basic but if you are only staying for one or 2 nights it's ideal. not really a family hotel but for single travellers or couples it's fine.

Fine, clean and quiet hotel. Fair prices. Breakfast is ok. Very nice garden with good restaurant and you can get Thai food or Nordic food you wish. WiFi not too good. The hotel is central situated in Sukhumvit and very near BTS sky train. We prefer this hotel in BKK.

The hotel is very close to a big street (Sukhumvit), easy to get from the airport using trains (Nana is the closest station), easy to find places to eat and shop. The room was nice, with AC and a lovely balcony with chairs and a table (the view is much more interesting if you take the room looking at the... More

A Scandinavian friend recommended this place and I wasn't disappointed. I had the Danish meatballs with sliced&fried potatoes. On its own it would have been excellent but they gave me the best gravy I have tried ever to go with it. Nice setting by the pool and good quality food

We stayed across the road at the Adelphi suites two weeks before and decided to mix it up by staying at Stable Lodge. While mostly catering to the Scandinavian traveller, I found this a relaxed, quiet place to retreat from the madness of Bangkok, just off Sukhumvit (soi 8). Plenty of greenery, a large balcony with a nice view, and... More
