I never experience such a bad hotel, very unpolite staff, don't speak english, very bad service, dirty room with lots of spots on the walls and in the bathroom was the toilet seat broken and the shower head was loose and almost no hot water. Even the sink you can wash your hands was clogged.

The rooms are pretty basic, but clean. No coffee making facilities in the room. Good location on an interesting small Soi near the Nana BTS. Staff are helpful. Good free breakfast from the hotel's restaurant. Nice sitting areas in the outdoor restaurant and by the pool. The pool is very small. I spent one night here this past week to... More

I found this info on the net and confirmed it with the hotel before arriving. My partner and I had a lovely afternoon at the Stable Lodge. We just needed somewhere to chill out for a few hours and our hotel was very basic, no pool nor outside area. The food was good, wifi was good and the staff were... More

Disappointed because the price I was quoted on check-in was different when I went to pay and check-out. I was quoted for a superior room and agreed to pay the amount. Did I get a superior room, I am not sure as there were other rooms much larger. Mine did over look the front pool area and I was happy... More

This place survives only by its Scandinavian clientele who are willing to pay far too much for a spartan room! The rooms and furniture are very old. The beds are too hard. No international TV channels available / only Thai. The staff can be impolite / rude, they never wish me a good morning when getting the breakfast voucher. Never... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
