Pleasant, peaceful, central. Cannot fault cleanliness, excellent location, value for money. Highly recommend if you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head at night. Recommend including the breakfast!

I have stayed here at Silom Village before and always use this hotel due to it's great location and especially the rooms are spacious enough especially if you are coming with your love ones. Breafast is alright and if you don't need to go far for a lunch or even dinner. They have pretty good selections of reastaurant below for Thai... More

We got ripped off by a staff at Silom Village Inn our last night. I don't give bad reviews unless I have solid reasons. I'm an easy going traveller and I don't mind a bit of old, rustic looking rooms. This isn't a hotel - it's more like an old motel. No complaints on the room except for its old... More

We had one night here recently in the slightly more expensive room and it was excellent. These rooms are in a building at the back and there arr no fire escape issues. The room was large and clean with a comfy bed and spacious bathroom. The hotel also has an on site restaurant with tasty rice and noodles at lunchtime... More

For these prices, you can't complain about the lack of extras. Don't expect a kettle. And irons and ironing boards are not available. The service at the reception and at the restaurant can be unsmiling – the staff look a little battle-weary, as if they have dealt with one too many drunken guest. On the plus side, the place is kept... More

Nice room, friendly staff. Wifi only in lobby and not fast. Room was allright, nice beds. Not much to do in the area. Good tailors nearby. Little bit noisy streat. Close to Lumpini parc. We stayed only one short night, after arriving from the AirPort.

Having stayed with them for 5 nights, I've gotta say! You can't get better value for money. As is the case always, sometimes you end up getting exactly what you paid for but NOT with this property. It had a certain rustic feel. Mind you! This is an aged property and is bang in the center of Downtown Bangkok. The... More

Located in the heart of Bangkok, this was one of my favorite hotels. They don't have great (or for that matter any) amenities, however it's located pretty much in the heart of the night market, which makes it ideal for shopping and street food. The staff is kind and helpful. They plan your tours around Bangkok for you, so that's... More

The rooms are quite big and clean. The housekeeping comes every day. The only bad point of the room is that you cannot open the windows, and since they are all smoking room, it doesn’t smell good inside. I suggest to the hotel to put some complimentary incense stick. Also ask for a room with a view, most of them... More

For less than $US40 (Agoda) a night for a standard room the Silom Village Inn, on face value, represents a great deal. Especially being so central and set in very pleasant surroundings with a number of boutique (read expensive) shops and restaurants in what I would describe as a village square type set up. There are also Thai cultural shows... More
