A well situated hotel, a short taxi ride to MBK shopping center / Siam Square and 10 minute walk to Patpong if you are looking for night life and night markets. Last time I stayed in this hotel some years ago it was tired and looking very worn. Upgrade has transformed this hotel in a very good and upmarket hotel.... More

On the plus side, the room was clean, modern (if stark in black and white), and the air conditioning worked splendidly--as did the free wi-fi. Beds are extremely comfortable. The minuses outweigh, however... First and foremost, a massive condo construction has just begun behind the hotel. The pounding, banging, and clanging begin promptly at 8:00 a.m., even on a Sunday... Superb and clean hotel to stay in. They provide a complimentary drinks which is water, juice, and chrysanthemum tea next to the swimming pool door. The thing that impress me is the sophisticated automated toilet seat, which so futuristic, but one thing they should be aware is to provide a hanger for the used towels or to hang something in... My daughter and I stayed here and the service was wonderful, the people were pleasant and the facilities were clean . The rooms were cleaned promptly and the card saying to ask the front desk to choose the taxi drivers for you as some were less than scrupulous was right on. Let the front desk choose the taxi drivers for... More

Nice and clean hotel, but not an amazing location, and we didn't find the reception very helpful. The breakfast is very expensive. The swimming pool is also nice. Good hotel, if you can get a deal to stay here, but I probably wouldn't return. There are better options in bangkok.

I stayed here with my sister and 3 female friends in June 2014. The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. The shower was fabulous and the room had everything we needed - fridge, microwave, kettle and ironing table, iron and hair dryer. The hotel location was great too. We had breakfast here and we loved it. Soo... More

Hotel has recently been renovated. Lobby and facilities have a luxury feel. Service of staff was great. Fast check-in and check-out. Great value for money. Rooms were comfortable. Great toilet with automatic wash/dry the whole works! Very Japanese style, but works great. Wasn't happy there was no choice of pillows. The ones provided were very thick which is not my... More

Stayed 3 nights over the weekend. Coming out of the Sam Yan MRT you see Wat Hua Lamphong, and in that 5-minute walk you pass by plenty of street vendors, fortune tellers, a Chinese coffin temple, another shrine, and then a church before you reach this hotel. First impression were good. Very warm and friendly staff. Perfect points on hospitality.... More

Stayed for 3 nights on the 7th floor with my girlfriend. Service from staff is excellent throughout, especially the bell boy/porter. They jump up to help you in and out of taxis, give you a warm welcome and are very friendly, as are all staff. Room was well furnished, large enough with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious and... More

Stayed here for just 1 night before leaving Bangkok and it more than served it's purpose. The hotel is reasonably central but isn't too busy. The metro station is within walking distance which connects easily with the BTS. Rooms are very modern, clean and well presented. Staff were helpful. They offer a shuttle service however we didn't use it as... More
