This is a very nice new hotel with good facilities. They have a washlet toilet and everything is fairly new. As for the staff I got no special treatment so I wouldn't say they were friendly or unfriendly. I got a great deal on the internet so the price/performance is outstanding. If you don't mind staying somewhere that has nothing... More

A total highlight in our stay in Bangkok. We had a double room worth just 35 euros a night (no breakfast) and hotel exceeded any expectations: very modern hotel, very nice double room with a confortable bed, working wifi and views of Bangkok. Staff was very helpful and nice when we requested anything. Pool was nice too, although it is... More

Stayed for 1 night in August and loved it. Great rooms at a great price with good amenities. Breakfast was almost 5 star, heavily biased towards an Asian palette but good. Swimming pool was really nice and good for laps. Staff were very good and really helpful. The price for the room we got through booking.com was much less than... More

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was a very nice, big hotel. The entrance is large with beautiful chandeliers in the entrance of the hotel. We payed for a hotel airport transfer from the Suvarnabhumi Airport which cost us 1,200 bht for the car (max 3 ppl) - you pay per unit (car/van). You can get... More

Bangkok is our final stop of our 13-day journey, and this hotel is the last hotel we stayed in. That day, our little kid dragged her feet all along the way to the hotel until she saw the amazing hall---"wow" was her first utterance to express her big surprise. Like the little kid, we love the hotel too: good facilities,... More

Hotel is surprisingly good, clean and big. The location is also great because it's close to MRT station (5 minutes walk). We managed to stay there for 5 nights, and we are very happy with the hotel services. Surprisingly, they changed most of their breakfast menu everyday. With the room rates that i paid, i think i get more benefits... More

The hotel appears to be newly renovated. The reception area looks spacious. However, despite it being renovated recently, it did not seem to look out for the needs of the handicapped. The entrance has a flight of stairs without a ramp, and there is a further set of stairs to the reception (although there is an elevator leading to another... More
