For the last 9 years I stayed every year in this hotel. Good location close to the river, easy connection by boat to Khao San Rd or the City centre, good breakfast and service is ok. However ...I was there again last May but dirty carpets and wallpaper, unsafe powerpoints (hanging out of the wall), bathroom crane makes lots of... More

You cannot beat the rooms or location for the price. Bed linens are very nice - beds comfortable. The location is very busy but very interesting. Lots of wholesale markets mainly in clothing. Tuk Tuk rides are inexpensive and cabs the same. While we were about 1/2 hour away from anything, transportation was safe and inexpensive. The food vendors in... More

I would of given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for the staff. The hotel was holding our bags for us while we were out and about our last day. We had just checked out when I realized I left a couple pairs of glasses in the room. Wasn't even 5 minutes after I left. I called them and... More

Although the rooms are great and so is the service, I personally didn't like that whenever I ducked out for a quick cigarette, I was bombarded with taxi's an tuk-tuks asking where I was going and sort of hassling me - not the hotel's fault. I had an enormous amount of help from one of the guy's outside - Neng,... More

When we booked this hotel I was looking forward to staying here. However the experience couldn't have been any worse. Upon arrival we entered the lobby and staff were asleep behind the counter, when waking them up to check in they were very rude and blunt, it was the worst welcome you could receive. On top of that there is... More

My wife and I and 3 kids stayed for 1 night only passing through Bangkok. The Hotel is huge and we had a bit of a walk to our room in another tower. Bell service brought us our bags. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with kitchenette and sitting area. We were pleasantly surprised by the size.... More

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights and was more than pleasantly surprised with this place, particularly after reading some of the reviews on here. As soon as our taxi pulled up outside we were greeted by a member of staff who carried our bags inside. He stuck a sticker on our bags and handed us a receipt... More

Prince Palace is a nice Hotel with fairly good service. Breakfast is fairly good. It has big rooms and good A/C. Located somewhat away from tourist attractions but you can take clong (canal) boats to travel to Pratunam in few minutes. Take boat from close by Talad Bobae (Bobae pier) to Pratunam pier. To go to MBK you have to... More

We were caught up in a bit of a mini disaster and needed to stay one night in this hotel. The staff are courteous and kind. However I find this hotel plunders you for cash at every opportunity. Every time you use the Internet, it's an extortionate price - which luxury hotel does not offer wifi in this day and... More
