Rooms in the A tower are big but the rooms and the carpet needs cleaning. Rooms look very old and for a 4 star hotel the internet possibilities are poor. No free Wifi. You have to pay a lot of money for 24 hr. internet. Pools, food and service is oké.

Stayed at this hotel in April for 7 nights. The foyer and public areas are grand but many areas were not well lighted maybe to save on costs. Booked a 2 bed suite for 2 adults 2 teens. The second bedroom was so small just had a queen bed against a wall and a large wardrobe. Only room for one... More

The outside and entrance of this hotel belies the extravagant interior and lovely rooms. We had both a large family suite and also a single room. The suite fitted 8 people though we had seven and were told it would only fit 6 which is why we got the single room too. This was a bit annoying as the suites... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel was average. Nothing bad to say about it really, just that it needs to be modernised. Location was ok. Room cleaners were a bit slack didn't show up until 6.00pm to clean.

I'm sure this has been a great hotel once. But not any longer. I can not recommend this place. We were two families staying a weekend, and we were attracted by the fair price for 2 and 3 bedroom appartments. The rooms were big, but the 2 bedroom had bugs, and the 3 bedroom had one ac not working making... More

We are booked and paidv or 2 nights but stayed 1 night only. This is the worst hotel we have been. The hotel could be good and with potential but is being mismanaged. Immediately when we entered we saw a few cockroaches (small ones) which dictates the cleanliness of the hotel. When we complained, they moved us a better room... More

I visit Prince Palace Hotel every year because I like the location with good connection by boat to the centre. This time I visited it 3 times withn a period of 4 weeks , so I had 3 different rooms and came to the conclusion that all the rooms are out of date, bathrooms are leaking water, powerpoints are dangerous and... Having read very mixed reviews about this hotels decor in particular, the first thing I would like to mention is that the appearance of all facilities is perfectly adequate for a 4 star hotel. We did not see anything shabby or particularly outdated, though fit-out is certainly very traditional rather than modern. Rooms ( we had the 2 bedroom suite)... More

Very nice hotel, it is huge, you do find you way around easily but make sure you remember your room number as you refer to that every time you eat. The rooms are quite basic but still very nice, we had 2 problems with cleaning, one being out bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been, with hair and... More

Check in was fine.. You will have to carry your own bags to the check in floor...you must have a credit card or pay 1000 baht for a deposit. This will be refunded when you check out.. Room was spacious but showing its age. The water from the shower spilled over on to the floor and there was no drainage... More
