Stayed five nights at Prince Palace hotel in June with my two sons. The last day we left our backpacks with the bellboys at the lobby. My older son left some money in his bag. Later on we noticed that the wallet was still there, but the money was stolen. The hotel was the only place where it could have... more

We had no idea where to stay in Bangkok so reserved two nights here. The other reviews touch on the fact that there is nothing around, but there is a river taxi right behind the hotel and taxis in Bangkok are cheap. On the downside, everything in the neighborhood is closed at night and we felt a little trapped because... more

This was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and cozy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The only downfall was the location very populated with vendors and shopping area right outside of hotel. more

The price was OK for the deluxe room. Very spacious and clean. The hotel itself is huge. It is quite a walking distance if we were to enter the hotel from the wrong lobby entrance. The hotel is surrounding by shops, so it will be busy during the day time. At night, we thought of walk out to nearby local... more

This place was AMAZING! My boyfriend and I were travelling round SE Asia for 6 weeks and this was our first stop for 4 nights - what a great start! We had a corner room on 20th floor (I think the hotel starts on the 11th floor, apart from downstairs reception, so you are way above all the noise and... more

Our room was located on a higher floor which gave us really good view of Bangkok. The size of the room was big and our bed was really comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful eventhough there is this one guy who insisted that he drives the hotel car and tried to charge really high price to take us around.... more

When we arrived we wondered what we would get with the price we paid for the deluxe suite (£60). First reaction was WOW! We went to this hotel blind not having read a single review but we found the room, service and value for money was excellent. The pool is so lovely and great to look at the views day... more

Nice spacious room, and good breakfast but location is awful in the middle of slums between shopping centres (Paragon and MBK are 3kms away) and city centre (even further away). Staff can be helpful or quite rude especially staff dealing with transport and taxis. Everytime you open the basin and shower taps you have to wait a few minutes for... more

We were a family of 5 staying in a 2 room apartement. The rooms are small ( the beds took more than 80% of room. The living room was nice. The location is not a good one. For every activity in the city you need a taxi ride. It is not close to the Pratunam and area malls, not close... more
