I stayed at this hotel for two nights, all I can say that it is not the best experience. First of all, the location sucks, it is so bad and too crowded (full of markets). The room was big, but there were ants. The room service was good, very quick and friendly! But, the reception staff is just plain STUPID,... More

We spent just 2 nights there in the end of our holiday in thailand, January 2014. Clean hotel, with great view over Bangkok, ncie staff and big, big lobbys :] I can only recommend this hotel to stay, if you want to go to Bangkok or you need to stay overnight during your trip. For holiday? I dont know, I... More

The hotel it's like a Palace, how the name suggest. Perfect structure but was a pity that I couldn't enjoy the hotel. The hotel is localized far from the centre and touristic attractions. The wi-fi is terrible, worked only in the main hall and it was still bad. There are plenty of restaurants, the pool is amazing. The rooms are... More

The staff was not friendly and racist. I am not Thai and was staying with my friend who is also not Thai. We came to Bangkok to visit our Thai friends who were not allowed into our room unless we paid 600 extra dollars for each of our Thai friends and had to give the ID of our friends to... More

We had a 1 Bedroom Apartment which was spacious and had a great view. The hotel itself was old but nice. Pity they had no free wifi except when purchasing a drink at the lounge you could use there wifi code otherwise had to pay to use their computer. The location isnt directly in the city but still only a... More

My first time to Thailand and I booked this from home worried about being able to find accommodation...this was great (luckily) good locatation close to china town - clothes market downstairs, view of Bangkok city, close to taxi, tuk tuk and also a local food street market which gives you the "real" Thailand feeling...close to wholesale clothing outlets which are... Great service, great features, and palatial decor (mostly!) Our room was a little dreary but all we needed (2 bedroom apt) although I don't think the floor under the beds had ever been cleaned but otherwise excellent. Free breakfast worth heaps!! A real buffet with wide selection and eggs cooked for you anyway you like

This is a good all round hotel. The Pool area is nice and the tower block has some great views, including the view from the hotel pool which is outside on the 11th floor. I stopped in two places whilst in bangkok and this was definately the better out of the two. The surrounding area is full of markets which... More

Good hotel, stayed here on several overseas trips. Internet at hotel is expensive so buy your own internet sim from MBK for your phone or tablets - costs about 600 baht for 1month unlimited. Food good but also expensive, but you can make your way to many good restaurants in town easily. We travel around using the river taxi it... More
