This hotel has potential of being a fantastic property but so many issues arose in only one day of lodging here. 1) I observed housekeeping make my bed while I arrived with my luggage. They didn't change the sheets from the previous tenant. I asked them to replace the old sheets and they said they did so I asked them... More

The hotel was very relaxing for my room a least. Service did not really provide to most perfect service, the people did not really smile or made me feel welcoming, but it i tiped and that at least brought upon a few happy faces. The location was perfect for me as well going to any busdhist temples to see the... More

When booking a hotel site unseen, you always worry- especially in a major city for $60US/ nt. We need not have worried. The hotel was central to the attractions we had hoped to visit ( and 30 minutes in low traffic from both airports). The rooms were clean, large and very quiet. The highlight by far was the extensive breakfast... More

Nice room and service, excellent food and swimming pool at 11th floor with a nice view. Its near to Chaina Town in old Bangkok but you can move with water taxi and Tuktuk. You will have shopping Centre in the same building from 1st to 10th floor not very expensive one.

I love this hotel for these reasons: - a cheap water taxi at the hotel which goes to the center for 10 baht per person - very friendly staff - perfect breakfast - nice rooms with a nice view - well located - clean toilets in the hotel - nice swimming pool. 1 improvement area: A man carrying my luggage... Stayed in this hotel for Songkran in April. Very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel itself is located above a shopping centre. The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, lovely roof top pool and bar area too! Breakfast was good, mix of western and Thai so plenty to choose from. To get to the city centre... More

Don't use the laundry service. We paid 1353 baht for a handful of washing without expecting the crazy cost. Wifi is only available in some rooms, and costs a crazy amount. For what you pay, you can find far better in Bangkok.

Great photos and room rates advertised around 1,350 THB per night (around US$45) for a 1 bedroom suite. However the room was in one of the old buildings in desperate need of refurbishing. Very shabby. Staff were not very helpful and we needed to demand manager to get a room change. Even then the room although a little better was... More
