At 4.30 AM there was somuch noize coming from above us! Just because the guest above us took a shower at night ! Mold in the shower!... More

You get wifi in the lobby, but have to pay to get it in your room...and that didn't work. My friend got her money back for room wifi since it was nonexistent. The hotel was constantly loud and bustling with tour groups for the three days I was there--I assume the hotel has some kind of contract with tour companies.... More

Was here with my brothers for a 3 nights stay. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are welcoming. Wifi reception is good but only available in the lobby. The breakfast selection however is something to be looked into. They serve a wide variety of meals that are lunch preferred, though the cereals make up for that. The best... More

I stayed here for 4 nights on my way to New Zealand with my husband and 18 month old son. As soon as we got there a cot was brought up to the room and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The tour guide there was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was great, good selection and very clean.... More

Stayed in this hotel a while ago. Very centrally located. Magnificent Spacious rooms with excellent room service. The food at the restaurant superb serving authentic local cuisine. Very good hotel to explore Bangkok city.

After first staying here in 2011, when we had a good experience; we came here again in 2014. but were very disappointed this time. The hotel is not well maintained as compared to earlier times. It had a foul odour too on the floor we had our rooms. The reception staff wasn't very friendly except couple of door stewards. Surprisingly, the... More

Best part of this hotel is the location, which is excellent. However we stayed there twice and both times you could hardly get thru the door and lobby because of the large amount of tightly packed buses carrying Chinese tourists. Breakfast was included, but we struggled both times to get seats. The food was not good, freezing cold in the... More

The best thing about this hotel is the central location. It is near the BTS station, Nana, which could bring tourists to almost any attraction which are on the sky train lines. The free wifi in the hotel lobby is a boon for those who needs to update Facebook, upload photos and chat with friends. There is also a good... More
