I was back to this hotel and found many changes have been made to improve the facilities. The painting on the exterior has been done and the wooden floor have been replaced. The breakfast was good as usual. But the spa has not been opened which was not good anyway.

Bangkok is famous for cheap hotel rooms and we certainly agree. We learned that this is quite an old hotel but being constantly renovated. Good breakfast and very convenient to go around Bangkok. Staff's English in the restuarant could be improved. other wise, it is just a fine hotel with sufficient services.

I've stayed at the Pinnacle Lumpinee many times and I've never left feeling disappointed. It is clean, quiet and in a good location with the underground less than five minutes away. Good rooms rates, breakfast included (top buffet), quiet and relaxing, slept very well. Excellent location, ideal for the business trip. What you pay is what you get for. Very closed to the MRT (5 min walk). I will definitely stay again there.

During our 4 days holiday in Bangkok, we had a very relaxing experience in Pinnacle Lumpinee Hotel. Cheaper but very worth it. They have great buffet breakfast with different variety, strong wifi signals in every floor, clean rooms, friendly staffs and nice steam/sauna bath & pool at the rooftop... Keep on improving. I frequently come to Bangkok and stayed at various hotels depending on my business. Coming back to Pinnacle I saw some improvements and wish to them luck with the new renovation. They also improve their breakfast quality which is already one of the best among the budget city hotel.

This is a chill hotel to stay if you do not want to waste extra money for the services you do not need. The location was excellent with easy access to the subway station. The staff may have some difficulty with the English communication but they tried to be helpful. Nice an clean room and that is all we need.
