This hotel is in need of a face lift. Shabby decore, old beds, carpet and furniture. We were supposed to have an aranged pick up from the airport, but it did not show despite waiting around and calling them over the intercom. We arrived at 11:45 PM after travelling 30 + hours. We were met promptly and checked in within 2 minutes. You get what you pay for and this Hotel is definately not the Ritz, but you should not expect that. They provide large, clean rooms and reliable trnasfers to and from the airport. Good no nonsense hotel 10-20 mins from the airport. Rooms are large and clean although you may want the desk to spray for mosquitos when you get there. sound insulation is good so the planes taking off do not impose. We too stayed at this hotel despite all the reviews, as we were arriving late in Bangkok after a domestic flight from Krabi, and were flying back to Australia early the next morning.
