We stayed a total of eight nights and enjoyed our stay. Price is quite reasonable, rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The only thing you shouldn't do is using their taxi service. It is way too expensive.

We stayed here during our 4 days in the city. We booked through booking.com for a very reasonable price considering the quality of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern and the staff very helpful. For some, the hotel may be too far from the city centre areas of Chinatown and The old city, but it was east... More

I booked at the Narai same day at the end of a long backpacking trip because I was sick of cheap hostels. It's a nice enough place, friendly staff, nice pool, lots of food options in the hotel and great eats all along the road. The hotel rooms are a bit tired and could use a few updates. Otherwise Si... A well situated, well maintained Hotel ; the service is very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay for 6 days! The room was clean and nice and the breakfast buffet was gorgious! It´s quite close to the skytrain, so it´s easy to get in all parts of the City!

Stayed here for couple of days in Jan.Rooms have seen better days - the hotel surely is old, breakfast and service are good but the rooms needs to be redone in all aspects.Feeling is like a roadside motel in the states.Hotel run a private taxi service to and from airports. This hotel is suited for a business visit or solo traveller.

Last time I stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago and thought to give it another try. It is as said not one of the newer hotels in town but they seem to keep it well maintained. I'm not sure about the standard room but my deluxe room was comfortable, clean and with good infrastructure. Check In was quite... More

Stayed here for 8 days. At first, it was bit weird as they handed me a key.. a real key, not a key card to enter my room. I booked a deluxe room and the room itself was kinda big for 1 person. For me, the bed was amazing. Ordered room service few times and the foods were quite good... More

Well placed near to a terminal for the Skytrain which makes exploring Bangkok easy. Room was very good and quiet despite overlooking the main road. There is a swimming pool with sunbed area and two lounge areas for meals/snacks and cocktails. Huge dining room where we breakfasted from a very large selection of continental and Thai dishes of above average... More

We stayed in a standard double. The hotel is a little dated. The service is ordinary, probably because they seem to be under staffed. I recommend that for $10 extra more per night, i have to urge you to go with Mandarin Hotel managed by centre point in bangkok. That was a perfect stay, beautifully decorated, attentive staff and extremely... More
