The staff were all helpful and friendly. The location is great. And it's very good value. My wife and I wouldn't think about staying anywhere else in Bangkok. In fact we hope to return there to stay soon.

Stayed there a while ago, really enjoyed it, Central, easy to get about walking, loads to see of course!! The hotel was good, clean, good buffet, friendly staff, but to be honest it is the city that makes the hotel, It takes the while to get used to the humidity, smells, rats and monks, but so worth it!!!

I stayed here by myself on a recent trip to Bangkok. At all times I felt safe in the hotel especially with the door have 3 locks on it. The room was a good size and the bathroom adequate size with bath and shower over the bath. There was sufficient storeage space in the wardrobe and shelves. The safe was... More

I booked the Narai Hotel after I landed in Bangkok and realised that I cannot possibly stay at the hotel I had originally booked. So with much trepidation, I arrived at Narai, which I got at a terrific online deal. The Hotel is right on the main Silom Road and is just walking distance from Patpong Night Market, Lumpini Park,... 4 nights here on first part of our Thailand trip. Great room on 12th floor. Great view Downtown Bangkok. Not exactly in the middle of things but close enough to Skytrain to get around easily. This hotel has easily the best breakfast selection We have ever seen. Every morning an around the world trip. Superb. And I must mention ,... More

After an initial change of room (was overlooking a noisy road) it was great. I had a room on the next to highest floor with a fabulous view over the city. Good breakfast selection once I had sorted out which of the extra sweet stuff to avoid.

The staff were all sweet and friendly. They Wanted to help as much as they could, with trips, taxi and all. The breakfast buffet were Big and good. The hotel were in the center of the City, so there were a lot of noises in the room. But all together it was fine and a good stay. The pool were... More

I lived intoNarai two perios. (27/9-2/10 ; 7/10-10/10) A very good hotel into an excellent position at 15 min.walk to Sala Daeng skytrain station and Silom R.d facilities ( Any kind of restaurants, shops, fast-food points). Quite expensive the hotel restaurant service & expensive the breakfast.

Hotel Narai is very well located for a tourist in Bankgok. The lobby, specially the restaurants in lobby is great. You can do a lot of things by walking. The rooms is clean but outdated. You feel that you are in a old room. However this was acceptable for my trip. I will not try another hotel if i go... More
