I stayed in Narai Hotel on last July vacation with friends, I didn't have really good experience with it. The room was acceptable, but everyone in my group got sick drinking that bottle of water hotel gave us, and the Wi-Fi does not work at all. The breakfast and dinner buffet made 3 of us stomach ache. Employees are friendly,... More

I've stayed at the Narai many times over the last 3 years and have always found it to be value for money and a great staff experience, very polite and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious with a very good tv experience access to HBO channel etc. The pool is always cool and very deep and the food is... More

I last visited Narai 8 years ago and we decided to stay here again for two nights. Narai is located on Silom Road. There's about 1.3 km from Silom MRT station. You'll walk down Silom Road and it's a good way to see all the different stores and stalls in the area, and you will also pass the famous PatPong... More

This hotel is very exciting, location is easily accessible by vehicle. both traditional and modern vehicles. This was my first trip to bangkok, but this becomes a very memorable trip for me. employees are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and most importantly I am easy to find a place to eat or shop. so, if there is a chance to... Narai hotel seems to me to be part of the handful of hotels in the central Bangkok area that has had its heyday a few decades ago. Having said that the hotel management has done a great job in maintaining and modernising this classic hotel. We only stayed for one night after arriving in Bangkok, but would stay here again.... We stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. The Hotel has comfy beds, is very clean but starting to show it;s age in some places. Staff are excellent, good range of food for the breakfast in a room with good views, pool is very welcome at the end of the day (with towels provided) 2 other reasonably priced... More

Booked the hotel via internet for a business trip. After two days stay checked out and guests paid with two separate credit cards. Soon after that their offices in Hong Kong received phone calls from card issuing bank that there had been a fraudulent attempt to use both cards somewhere in the USA. Immediately cancelled both credit cards, which naturally... More

We recently visited Bangkok for the first time and stayed at the Narai Hotel from 20 to 23 May 2014. We had no problems checking in. We used the free upgrade option and was not disappointed. The rooms 1207 and 1208 we stayed in had the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever stayed in and the shower was massive... More

We were given accommodation in this hotel at a conference in November 2013. I was traveling alone, but was assigned a room with another girl. I had landed in the early morning (around 6.30, and then taken the airport-Bangkok train, and LRT to get to the hotel. Got there at about 9.30, but was told to wait till 12 for... More
