I booked a room with the hotel itself 2 days before arriving, they did not have my booking and had to wait 15 minutes in lobby. Told reception TV remote did not work and went away for 4 hours, came back, nothing was done. The TV itself was one of the old tube types, this hotel is supposed to rate... More

Spent a few nights here with G-Adventures, it was my first and last hotel of the tour. My stay here was okay, the showers should be replaced pretty soon, though. Clean enough, some of the staff were very nice and helpful and the rest were on the verge of being rude. Okay breakfast. The location is very good when it... More

I stayed here with my girlfriend as part of a G Adventures tour. It was included in the package so cannot really comment on value. That said, everything about the hotel was, well, OK. The rooms were a bit dated although generally clean. The breakfast was... Yep you guessed it... OK although some of the hot food looked like it... More

The hotel is in a good location between the old town of Bangkok (Khao San Road, China town, Wat Po, Grand palace, etc.) and the new town of Bangkok and close to the Hua Lamphong Metro station, with a good breakfast buffet (Fruit, Thai breakfast, Western breakfast, selection of breads, yogurts, cereals and juices). Also I found the reception staff... More

Upon arriving at Bangkok Centre Hotel I was greeted coldly by an unsmiling hotel staff who took a long time to enthusiastically to check me in. The room appeared clean but its age is unconcealed as there was mould in between the tiles of the bathroom and scraped corners on the wooden furniture. The room was dark and smelt like... More

The hotel is in a good central location away from the noise of Khao San rd. if you are arriving to Bangkok by train it is walking distance from Hua lamphong station. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. My only issue would be that the wifi code would time out after a day and you'd have to keep going... More

My room was a clean, facilities provided were good and breakfast was decent. Not sure on the price as I stayed with gadventures. Btw use the google maps as the TripAdvisor and gadventures map seem to have been off at the time.

Compared to many of the other great places to stay in Bangkok and Thailand for that matter this place felt a bit overpriced but in a jetstar or tigerairways way where they charge you for things that are not included in the original price such as wifi etc. It was safe and conveniently located though so I wouldn't entirely rule... It seems like a very safe hotel. I would have rather have stayed on Khao San Rd but I was on G adventure tour and this is where they put us. It was only a $2-3 dollar Tuk Tuk to almost anywhere so it wasnt too bad. We stayed there only two nights so it did the job. The front... More
