My stay was brief but for the most part I had no complaints with the location. I was able to walk around to a number of different sites from the hotel and was able to get food at 1am when I checked-in. Frankly, it looks like a pretty upscale hotel, in reality, it lacked some of the amenities and polish... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in July 2014. I don't have any complaints about the hotel, it did its job- which was to be a base for sightseeing in Bangkok. My room was fine, the bathroom was a little dated and had seen better days, but it all worked fine, it was clean and had a nice hot shower!... More

The last time I stayed in those hotel was more than 4 years ago. The location is perfect for ppl traveling via train and going to Chinatown. The MRT is just 5 to 10min away, there is a decent massage place next to the hotel and around... Restaurant, eateries... The room was nice..a "little elephant" on the bed to welcome... More

Where to start. The second night that I stayed here I was on the 3rd floor. I was not able to sleep due to the karaoke bar right under my room. I go down to the front desk to be told by the night manager that he was not the manager of the karaoke bar and it belonged to another... More

Stayed here when we first arrived in bangkok it was very expensive at the time not fully understanding the currency i just payed it, what a waste it turned out to be. Room was nothing special at all, service was sub-par, i feel like i payed for the sign outside the front of the hotel which looks nothing like that... More

I stayed here in April as part of a G Adventures tour and found the Hotel to offer almost everything I needed. A reasonably easy journey by taxi or by train/metro from the airport (metro station is right outside). Also a short 5 minute walk to the train station. Most of the city is easily accessible by tuk tuk from... More

I stayed here on the 7th august as part of an organised trip by G Adventures. Staff are pleasant and rooms are standard. Free wifi which was great. Buffet breakfast was a mix of continental and Asian variety. Fruit, cereal, toast, rice, noodle dishes, eggs etc. There was a pool but i didn't use it / see it! I was... More

We stayed here the last day of our trip, when we arrived in BK by nighttrain. I am not a fussy traveller, but this hotel irritated the daylights out of me. When we arrived at the hotel it was overcrowded with people and luggage . We arrived quite early in the morning, so we asked for our luggage to be... More

Such a worst hotel I've ever been. Commodity is poor & old. Smell in room is too terrible. Staffs are not friendly & helpful. I highly do not recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok the first time cuz It could create the bad impression & experience about Thailand for you though it's not.

Location is good, close to train station and not far from China town, can also get a short taxi ride to khaosan road. Hotel has nice bathroom but I found the beds quite firm, compared to really cheap hostels it really isn't worth paying the extra unless you want the security of a hotel.
