The room was spacious, but not clean enough. I found a half-empty plastic bottle behind the curtain. There were some receipts a previous customer left on the desk. Be careful about the hotel limo. Drivers always try to make more money from you. Tailors in the hotel did a great job though.

It's a comfortable hotel central to most key areas in Bangkok, relaxing lobby area and very good food, especially fruit! Just of the busy Sukomvit road, can be intimidating if you walk alone at night, but the hotel is an oasis in the busy city!

The location is perfect, you don't need a taxi. Lots of stores, restaurantes , night market in Shukumvit road. If you need to go else where just take the BTS, is just a few minutes walking. The only thing i can say about the hotel , it needs some updating, you feel like you are still in the 70s. Overall... More

I booked into a standard room in the older part of the hotel. The room is clean with a small size toilet and shower. I was given a room very close to Soi 11 and during the evening the band from nearby restaurant across the road is quite loud. However, the restaurant closes around 11pm so if you are not... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days on a short city break. The lobby and lounges are all nice but the rooms and corridors are old and shabby and the standard rooms are very small. The location is ok for night life and access to the BTS but i would not stay here again as i feel there are... More

This Hotel has an excellent location close to all the hustle and bustle ( 5 min walk from cowboi (turn left when leaving hotel then left at the main road) and 5 mins from Nana plaza (turn left out of the hotel then right at the main road and use a bridge to cross over) ) but once inside the... My worst hotel stay in quite some time. Numerous systemic problems at this hotel. 1. Upon check in, I learned that the Free WIFI that was advertised on Agoda is only in "some" rooms and not mine. They then charged me 400 THB per day for using slow wired internet access. As I was there for business, I didn't have... More

I stayed in this hotel on 3rd August'2014 with my family. The location was very good and the lobby was very spacious. bangla/Indian restaurant are available near the hotel. Breakfast was good. The room cleanliness and service should be increased. The swimming pool was not so good especially for kids. The kids attraction was many birds and fish .
