over all a great experience... the room was HUGE... had booked a room for 2 with an add on bed and to our surprise, the room that was allotted to us was nothing less than an apartment... the hotel's location is great!! the day and night markets are literally at a minutes walk from the hotel and the famous Indra... Apart from a dated and dirty room, terrible breakfast which gave us both food poisening...... We had money stolen from the room by cleaning staff. When approaching the Managment about the theft, they were unhelpful and unfriendly. If you want wifi then you have to pay an extra 400 baht a day. I would never recommend staying in this awful... Having stayed here on previous occasions I am disappointed that prices have gone up and standards have dropped. The only saving grace of this tired hotel is the location and fantastic views from the upper floors. To charge for Wifi in this day and age is unforgivable.

Good points. Hotel is very central, the staff in the main are very efficient . The Resteraunt at the top has an amazing view, is large and spacious, the food is plentiful and good.. The price per night is very reasonable. Good lift access to all floors, the rooms are cleaned, fresh towels provided and beds made daily. The beds... More

We stayed there for 5 nights. Rooms are okay. Breakfast @ 43rd floor, nice view. Very convenient for shopping. Crowed roads especially weekends. There is also a night market around there. So many street food to eat.

I stayed at this hotel for one day on 2nd January 2015 as my Ethiopian Airline flight was moved for one day. Check in was smooth and the price during peak season was cheap and they have a good system for late checkout of around 100 Baht per hour from 12:00 Hours. The road leading to the hotel is full... Stayed in June 2014.2 spacious rooms. Bathroom was apparently small. The AC is the bedroom was not working well. Complimentary buffet breakfast had lots of variety. Room service menu is limited. Wifi is chargeable. The hotel is located in a market place and has lots of shopping options. There are some Indian restaurants at walkable distance from the hotel.

Good things: We took one bedroom apartment. Big size rooms, two televisions, excellent location for shopping, close to indira, big c, platinum, patunam market & pladium. Comfortable beds, awesome view of city from rooms, clean toilet. Bad things: Rooms are little old and few cracks on the walls.
