It is really good location for traveler who visit to BKK for shopping. Room is very big with old model facilities and amenities. Buffet Breakfast is average and F&B service staff are not so much attentive. As soon as we arrived at our room, there have no towels in the Bathroom. So we called Housekeeping and they came and give... More

Location was near the shopping market where people buy their goods from so its good if u enjoy shopping there. Room is very big but that's about it. It's very hard to hail a taxi there so you can only depend on the hotel to call cab for you. You have to take a lift to go to the lobby... More

Location wise for shopping, perfect! However the rooms are bad including air conditioning though the size are ideally huge. Beds are bad and other staff in the room with not much tangible amenities. The lobby of the hotel is on the upper floor of the building and seems to be renovated. The only best review I can say about the... More

I stayed here last April for 3 days. Location was very good, its the centre point. The room was nice but the AC was not working properly. The lobby looks very ordinary. Staffs speaks in their local language. At night I found bed bugs in my room, I requested to change my room. They gave me another room but there... More

Upon check in we were asked 100usd for incidental cost(it will be returned back to you during check out) please also note that wifi is not FREE. Hotel is old but still neat and clean,... More

Stayed there 3 nights with friends, room size is ok, bathroom quite clean, window a bit old and can't be open. Balcony was not accessible because the glass door was locked. No free WI-FI,bit dissappointed. The Hotel is very near to the market and shopping spot though, ideal stay for those crazy shopping peoples. One thing should take note, the... More

If we do not stay at Baiyoke Sky, we book the Baiyoke Suite Hotel. It is cheaper, but the rooms are also spacious with a nice view. The breakfast is not as interesting as at Baiyoke Sky, but OK. We love this area for shopping and because of the connexion via sky train to the airport.
