This is a very ordinary hotel, rooms are very old fashioned, but 2 rooms, the name suggest it’s a suite hotel. The reception area looks glossy but there is no lobby with sofas or even some chairs to sit. All the staff members are very unfriendly, you are always greeted with a grumpy face, not caring at all about the... more

No doubt that the hotel is in a very central location but improvement are needed in the rooms...Lights are dim, can't adjust the aircon in the bedrooom.. and there were ants crawling around the room walls and bathroom. Was there for the short weekend (shopping) trip with my wife and her sister. We got a triple sharing room. Suitable for... more

Pathetic-Simply Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never stayed i a place like that!! The Rooms are quite big, but even then one always gets the feeling that you are being deprived of oxygen... The elevator has no system of function, when you press Lobby, you go straight up to the 43rd floor... The Hotel staff is totally non-cooperative. The rooms are typically... more

We have just returned from a week at this hotel. The hotel is located at just where it should be. However the service was not uptothe mark. We three booked one room and the room was not ready when we checked in. It took an hour to change the bedsheets etc. Also the rooms are due for renewal. The breakfast... more

The Baiyoke Suite Hotel, the best part of it is the faultless location. The hotel is situated in a street, next to a whole sale clothes market. During day & night, there are markets right outside the hotel. The fashion malls and markets are also nearby. I had gone there with my family. Our room was very spacious, with two... more

Disappointing, the online pictures give a false impression. Service was unhelpful. The internet connection does not work - I had trouble demanding my money back for this service. Air con doesn't work if not in the room - getting a second key is essential - otherwise you'll suffer as I did in a sauna. Restaurant was disappointing. more

Had 2 night stay at Baiyoke suite, bkk last week, the only thing positive about the hotel is its location...its right in the heart of shopping area belt...rest all the things were bad to worse. the hotel staff was not helpful , suites were stinking , we had to get the room sprayed twice before we could enter..the rooms were too... more

The hotel is situated in a crowded street, next to a whole sale clothes market. The rooms are all two bedroom suites with a seperate sitting and sleeping area. The bathroom boosts a tub and elegant fixtures - for the price this place is a palace. The food in the room services was great and so was the prompt service... more

This was my first stay at the Baiyoke suite. I have stayed a number of times at the Baiyoke sky (their other hotel) and was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The location is bang in the middle of a shopping areas, really dirty and congested. Cars can barely reach the hotel. There is no reception or lobby on the ground... more

After reading some rewievs here, I was a little worried... This hotel was old and vorn down, but our overall experience was not so bad as expected. It was OK to stay there for the 2 nights we booked, but I´ve stayed in cheaper and much better hotels in Bangkok. We are a family with 4 children and we had... more
