Quite a spacious room for the a relatively cheap price but there is quite a lot of roaches in the room from the sewer pipe. Location is good for shopping as is about 10 mins walk to platinum mall and just below is street market. Breakfast is on the 43 floor when you can have a overview of the surrounding... More

Stayed here for two nights and the moment we stepped into the room, we were taken back. It was nowhere near what the pictures on the website made it look like. The interior deco was old fashioned and the bathroom was extremely dirty. The water was stuck inside the bathtub after I had my shower until the next morning. The... More

The 5 Suites we had were all the same, A/C worked in the front room in the suite. The bedrooms blew warm air. We asked at the desk to have the checked, our request were ignored. Two things, I will never stay in a Baiyoke property again and I will never use Booking.com again. You get what you pay for!!!

My first choice in Bangkok with family, simply because TV Is in the guest area of the suite. It let adult to sleep up disturbed while young ones revel in the gets area. Cosy beds nice room . Small bath room with tubs. Reception staff is matter of factly . Thay don't usually smile in Thailand so don,t worry about... More

Hotel is located near the Pratunam Market. Good location for shopping souvenirs and affordable clothes. Just a bit disappointed that the hotel doesn't provide free wifi for in house guests whether in the lobby or at the cafe. Wifi is charged per hour or daily. Aside from that room service will charge you for asking cutleries and plates to your... More

Stayed for 2 nights check in process was easy and fast. The hotel was a bit run down due for a good renovation but it does reflect the price. Room was a bit dark but spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect because we wanted to do a bit of shopping and not to deal with any traffic. The pool... More

Hotel is good according to the price and the location. Size of the rooms are so big that you would be amazed. As it is located near to the shopping center, it was very convenient. Food is ok. Over all good according to the price
