Its good enough experience at the hotel, staff was very polite, breakfast was ok, room is also good. I found Indian restaurant next to the hotel so I can say the location was also perfect for my trip with family.

Hotel is Good but the staff serving breakfast is very very bad .Restaurant Manager whose name is SANMAN IS VERY RUDE. he will ask the waiters to keep watch on guests as to how much they are eating. We stayed for three nights and every morning he was present during the breakfast watching guests and was very impolite. I think... More

Stayed here with 2 of my friends in January 2014. The hotel was okay the pool was great but the staff was very rude. The lady who sits at the reception was the least bit helpful. She in fact was so rude to us it felt like she was doing us a favour by giving us a room in the... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on our BKK/Pattaya trip. Our group had three rooms, this review is valid for all of them. Except the reception area, this property is dated. We found ants in the bathroom, stinking lobby and bad breakfast serving. Should paid heed to some of the previous reviews that had similar experience. 2 of our 3... More

We stayed here one night as our usual hotel was booked out, this was booked for us on behalf of friends. Hotel is very basic, rooms average and ageing. Had a look at breakfast but decided to go elsewhere as not much left at 10am (unsure if they re-stock). Wouldn't stay again, better options in Bangkok.

I stayed at the Marvel Hotel for almost two weeks while attending a conference at a nearby hotel. Most attendees stayed at the hotel where the conference was but it was very expensive. I was pleasantly surprised to discover Marvel was right across the road and was almost half the price of rooms at the other place. My room was... More

Hotel is located centrally in area with all the other five stars. Rooms are big and well furnished with free wi-fi facility. Hotel staff is very helpful and also fluent in English. They serve variety of dishes in complimentary breakfast which includes many Veg Indian options. Hotel ambience is really nice. It was a comfortable and memorable stay there.
